Just a lead farm for independent plumbers. I called this morning requesting a service call for a water softener. I explained the problem in detail. They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability. I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy. We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener. I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM. 5:15 PM no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back. I call again "the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there" 5:45PM the technician calls me and says..."so what are we doing today, installing a water filter?" I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss. "oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication" So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail. I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update. He responds "I'll call you in 1 minute" well, that was almost 30 minutes ago. I would avoid these guys like the plague. read more

I've finally found my go-to plumber, I highly recommend these guys! John came to my house quickly in an emergency, charged a very reasonable rate, and did a fantastic job. The gas company knocked on my door at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night; letting me know I had a major gas leak and that they were shutting my gas off until it could be fixed. I immediately messaged 10-15 companies on Yelp and John was the first to get back to me, and with a reasonable estimate. (Other companies quoted an extra charge because of the "urgent" nature of the issue, John did not.) As promised, John showed up first thing the next morning, walked through the leaks with me and explained how he was going to fix them. I live in an old building, and the lines connected to my water heater/furnace had an undisclosed leak. He was here for 3.5-4 hours, and did an incredibly thorough job patching up the lines and replacing the shut off valves. The gas company checked for leaks when they turned the gas back on, and the commented what an amazing job he had done. I will be keeping John's info and will contact him for any and all future plumbing needs. He was very polite, fairly priced, and treated my home like his own. read more

To be honest I have not used AllAces Plumbing yet but I will in the future. Jeff missed returning my call just by 45 mins. I have to admit he was helpful when he did return my call and gave me very helpful advice. I wish I did go with AllAces for my plumbing need but I was already too far along with the other plumber I contacted. I noticed a puddle in front of my toilet after I flushed it and couldn't tell where the leak was coming from, so I called and left a message to schedule an appointment. Jeff returned my call within a few hours and scheduled a time to come out. He was punctual and came during the time we agreed upon. When he looked at the toilet, within 2 seconds he had figured out that there was a little tube that had come loose and it just needed to be reattached for the leak to stop. I felt like such an idiot for not figuring that out myself and felt so bad for wasting his time. Jeff was so nice about it though. While he was there I had some questions for him and he was able to help me out with them. I offered to pay him for his time but he wouldn't charge me. Even though this ended up not being a real plumbing issue, because of the service I received I will definitely be reaching out to Jeff again when there is a real problem. read more

I haven't written a review in a very long time but, the level of service we received was outstanding! Jeff is a one man team. We called around 7am and he said he'd arrive between 9-11am. He was at the house at about 10:30am. Who doesn't love a plumber who's on time!? We had a handful of projects for him: -water heater on the fritz -two different toilet tank problems -two shower/bath handles not adjusting temperatures appropriately -dishwasher overflow spout/return -Fleck water softener installation quote Jeff quickly diagnosed our water heater problem; replacing the control box and rod. By far the most professional and honest plumber that I have dealt with here in my 15 years of living in Las Vegas. The phone rang many times, then it switched to a voice recording saying "we are closed..". I don't normally write reviews. But I can't pass up this opportunity to share with people who are looking for great plumber like Jeff. I've had several tech's to do some work for me. All of them didn't want to give a simple quote I asked for. After inspection they always sounded fishy and were ready to charge me unreasonable price and tag on unnecessary item cost. Very suspicious. I texted Jeff asking for a quote for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. (BTW I called other company on Yelp to compare the price and they played the same game instead of giving me simple quote). He simply gave me a typical price for the type of item I was looking for. I set up an appointment between 7-8am and he showed up at 7am. He explained to me garbage disposal needs to be replaced and loose faucet needs to be tightened. He told me the cost which turned out to be even less than what he originally quoted me. He finished the job in a timely manner. He replaced the disposer and drain, and tightened faucet. Ran the dishwasher a few times to clean it out. Swapped the hot and cold supplies on the kitchen faucet, they were reversed (by another bad plumber). Once he was done he asked me to text him my info so he can bill me. It seemed he was in a hurry to get to his next scheduled appointment and told me that he will email me the invoice tomorrow morning. What I'm saying is that he wasn't even worried about getting paid. He cared about his work being done properly and efficiently. I feel he's a true professional who loves his job and good at what he does. This was the first time I experienced it. Jeff is in my house right now as I am writing this review. He has spent the last 4 hours trying to remove some ABS that was put down our downstairs toilet drain by our builders. We've only been in this house a year and the downstairs toilet needed to be plunged since the first week we moved in (it's a new-build). Fantabulous experience! Jeff came out to adjust the gas connection on our stove so we could move it closer against the wall. He communicated well by confirming, calling back promptly (even after hours!), and did our shower drain all at the same time.(I believe he called the drain a great science project! hahaha) He told us the cost for the drain and didn't bother to ask for that portion of the fee. just had to pay for the gas connection. When he checked if the gas was working again, everything worked. We later discovered that the fireplace starter pilot went out. He is coming back Monday to light it himself. He said he didn't "feel comfortable with us doing it"! This guy is great. We plan on using him for just about everything! read more

So we had a burst pipe and were looking for a plumber and I was looking at all the 5's here with a bunch of people posting that they never leave a review but the service was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some friends to post for them :) Well, they really ARE that awesome! We noticed the running water inside the wall around 11p Sunday night and after shutting off the water got to bed at 1a or so. Monday morning around 9a we called him (husband was doing the calling and he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he'll call back right away, and he called back pretty quickly) and by noon he was working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone show up towards the beginning of the range that often) and didn't leave until it was complete around 3:30p. He is knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and was friendly and personable (and he liked our dog, always a plus, although it's not hard to love our dog :)). It's not going to be the cheapest but my husband always says cheap, fast, and good, choose which two you want. We had working toilets and shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered the leak. I had a soft water unit installed by Jeff and he explained everything to me about all the parts and important information that most plumbers would leave out. My opinion of the qualities of a good plumber are experience, quality work, and value pricing. I have had five different plumbing companies perform services for me in the last four years and none of them would I recommend or use again. I postponed several different plumbing needs while I searched for a plumber who met my basic requirements and was referred to Jeff at All Aces Plumbing by my neighborhood social network , "Next Door Lone Mountain". I contacted Jeff through his web page and described the for separate services which included replacing the Moen cartridge in the master shower, shut off valves for one of the other bathrooms and replacing the Moen cartridges in the lavatory sink, and re-piping the incoming main water supply to accommodate the installation of a water meter and relocation of the water softener. Jeff asked that I please send him pictures to allow him to more accurately estimate the charges for the services which I did and he provided an estimate of $600 dollars and we set up an appointment for Monday at 08:00. Jeff showed up promptly at eight on Monday and personally reviewed the multiple requirements, confirm his original estimate and began executing the tasks. I have owned a home all of my life and consider myself a fairly competent "handyman around the house" so I watched Jeff while he worked to see how he accomplished these tasks. It was extremely rare, especially in this age to observe the skill and pride in craft that Jeff exercised while performing each task but writing space prevents me providing more detail. It took him five hours to do everything and when done the invoice was only $550 and while I was very insistent on paying him the original estimate of $600 as his work could only be described as exceeding exceptions many fold but he refused to accept it. When do you ever witness that kind of transaction in today's world. I have now found the plumber that I have been searching for. We knew there was some type of leak because mother had water in the drive way. He identified it as a probable leak beneath the slab. He also found that a previous leak by the pump house that was repaired by another plumber had reopened. He quickly assessed the situation, and gave us an estimate to repair the obvious leak. This estimate was much lower than the previous repair, but he cautioned us that he may not have been able to find the slab leak. Over a couple of days (to allow some run-off so that he could see the leaks), he shut off the water, repaired the first leak, found the second leak and repaired that. He returned a week later to check the work and put on a few finishing touches. The total bill was less than half what the other plumber charged for their repairs. He treated my mom respectfully, gave us a fair and affordable estimate, completed the job in a timely manner, and kept the cost at the estimate. read more
