During the session, the therapist made contact with the side of my breast more than once while stretching my arm. Overall, the session lacked proper technique, body awareness, and professional boundaries. I did not feel at ease during the massage and couldn't wait for it to end. I was considering asking him to stop and leaving, and now I really wish I had. Clients should be able to trust that they are in safe, skilled hands, and that was not my experience. I hope the business takes this seriously and addresses training and client safety. If this therapist is new, he should not be working unsupervised with clients until properly trained.
