They did inspection, diagnostics, test drive and found zero problems. Thankfully Ford waived the $199 diagnostic fee, which was kind of them, otherwise it would have been a $350 oil change. The belt didn't slip , the engine light was still on and the gauge didn't work. $400 for a new thermostat. I took it back today. He ran a code on the light (never did it the first time) and said my coolant sensor was out. Probably why the gauge didn't work in the first place!!! He said he could put a new sensor in it. I told him I couldn't afford another $400 for a 24 yr old car and left. I will never go back and recommend you don't either.
