In the past, we have had challenges with contractors cutting corners on quality, taking way longer than expected and continually raising the price. Circumstances made it to where noone would be there while he worked and over the course of a week he was very respectufl of my house and belongings, always cleaning up and being mindful not to leave the place in disarray. Communication happened every morning when he came and every afternoon he would call and let me know what he did and what the plans were coming up.
