Besides, I brought my puppy back (09/16/2024) about 2 wks after the 09/04/24 treatment date -- due to the fact that their treatment was useless, didn't result in any improvement for the ear infection symptoms were still there: I explained the situation & they took my puppy away for no more than 3 minutes. And the vet came back admitted that the last treatment doesn't work & told me to buy a new medication to treat my puppy at home. Not only that they refused to honor the cost of the previous treatment, they charged me additional $122.62! Thus, please be aware & inquire all necessary info prior to your next visit -- so that you can make a more informed decision... By the way, I searched online at Amazon.com & found this TRIS Ear Flush from Pet MD for both dog & cat's ear infection treatment for only $16.99 -- Boy, it works like magic! Wish I knew...

They do nothing but try to fear you into unnecessary procedures. They never run on time. You will wait forever in the room. I also do not like how they take the dog out of the room for the examination. But telling me my dog's knee dislocated because of how she bent it was the last straw. My dog never had issues or showed any signs of anything with his legs. What were they really doing when they took my dog out of the room. This was after waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled visit. Also, the vet slamming the door because I didn't want to hear how bad it was that I was keeping my dog intact, but not breeding him, was great. Go elsewhere.

I came here on a whim because my dog was very sick and I was from out of town. When I brought her she couldn't even walk or stand up. They got my golden retriever in immediately, And gave her the best care. The vet tech was amazing who came to get her!!! They asked me if I needed any shots and we're very helpful. They sent us home with a prescription and also gave her a shot and within 24 hours I could already tell she was getting better. I was so impressed by the care, and they even followed up with me a couple days to see how she were feeling. The receptionist at the front desk was so kind and professional, and honestly that place is lucky to have her. If I didn't live far away I would definitely change this but unfortunately, I do but highly recommend the place as my experience was excellent!

After she stabilized, they worked with me to find recipes for nearly fat free meals that met her nutritional needs and kept her well. I actually had a woman come up to me in a Manchester store asking where I take my dog to the vet- she said I USED TO GO TO Manchester vet they are AWFUL NOW - BOY do I agree. They had us come in 9 times in one month for the same issue. They offered no help until the very last 9th visit in 30 days- sent us off to a hospital. Our Pet insurance DROPPED US- BECASUE OF THIS LACK OF CARE! Our 3 year old dog now has no pet insurance. Everything she ever had is a pre existing conditinon! AND to make matters worse the specialst another 250 for a the consult says what is wrong with the - this is such an easy fix. Wow wow wow! Even she was miffed. God help you if your pet is sick in this practice.
