I thought "how tough can this be? I just need a file cabinet." Today I went by, I signed in and was assigned an expert to help me. I felt bad taking "Will's" time. I just need a used file cabinet...cheap. One look at the warehouse and I realized how nice it was to have Will. He took me right to what I was looking for. I bought a $99 file cabinet. But Will treated me like I had just outfitted a $10k office. Put this place top on your list if you need to outfit your business or home office. And make sure you ask for Will. There were some quality items for quite a good price. I even found some boots and shoes. They weren't in my size but I was surprised to see them so cheap.

This is a common requirement in IT departments everywhere, as obviously we're responsible for that data and don't need it getting into the wrong hands. This is something I spoke with Dave about over the phone, and reiterated I needed. Dave came by with another gentleman and took out all the equipment as requested no problem. Sometime later, I received a receipt that showed what was taken. The only thing that was numerically listed was the hard drives that were removed. However, I received no certificates. I emailed Dave. He said he had no notes of that request. Of course not, it was a phone conversation. Nor did he ask me on the day of if that was as service I needed or wanted. So while he apologized, that really doesn't help my case at all. Because of that slight oversight (which is actually a massive issue), I can't recommend nor use this company again in the future.
