Ripoff. Their used cars are junk and they're priced three times higher than current fair market value.

I've been taking my cars here for years! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are thorough and make sure your car is safe to drive.

I got a great deal on my new Continentals at this place , but it wasn't easy. I have been here…read morebefore and I really like their knowledge and passion for tires. The had my tires in stock and I took it in a Friday .... I get a call about 3:00 pm that can't find my wheel lock , I tell them it's in the trunk. He texts me it's not on the trunk so I say I'll pick t up visit lexus and get one. I pick it up , don't open the trunk because how difficult is to to look for a wheel lock in the trunk. I don't remember if it was there as it's a newer car.... I pick it up drive to lexus and open the trunk and there's my wheel lock ! The good news is they are open Sunday and I was able to get the new rubber installed. Manager was very apologetic and I could tell he was embarrassed. Nice hits and it wasn't a big deal , just a little inconvenience. Definitely saved me some money so it was worth it! Definitely my go to place for tires!

When I arrived at the store at 10:40am, I told the person behind the counter that I was here for an appointment. He then asked to confirm my phone number and I stated that I would stay and wait for the car. He then got all hissy and stated that he wont be able to get to my car today! I said that I had an appointment. He then told me how it was 100 degrees out and that I was an hour late for my appointment. he then stated that I was sent a text message yesterday at 10:30 am . This is exactly how the text message read --( Reminder from Tires Etc about your appointment for Thu 7/2. To change or cancel, please call store ASAP. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.) I had no intention of changing or canceling my appointment so no call was made . I understand that it was expected to be severely hot weather today and would've completely understood for them to postpone my appointment to a more suitable day for the tires to be replaced, had I received some sort of communication in reference to that. Instead I was talked to by a completely rude and obnoxious store manager named Mike. I have bought 2 complete sets of tires from them in the past, and was prepared to buy a third. But I will never buy another thing from this place again. Your company really should learn how to treat customers.

I had a 1:00 pm appointment and I was out in 2 hours. The mechanic carefully worked on my car rather than rushed through the job. Their pricing was very fair and they listened to what I wanted. They showed me the parts after they were removed . I only wish I had discovered this garage sooner. I've been taken advantage as a single mom by mechanics I feel blessed that I finally found my second home with this garage. What a relief!!!

We had a very negative experience recently and won't be returning. Not sure how we could trust them after this... Took our car to hinks as we've done for years for an inspection. Was quoted over $2,750 for repairs necessary to make the car pass inspection. With such a high price tag to fix an older car, we actually considered trading it in for a new car before ultimately deciding to get it fixed. Priced out the parts online and found that with labor, should've been able to get the car repaired for about half the price. Took it to another area garage that confirmed they'd be able to do the repair for $1,200, so we went with that garage. When they went to do the work, we got a call from them and I was expecting bad news and additional repairs / money needed... but they actually told me that they couldn't find any of these major problems with the car. There was only one minor fix needed. Car passed inspection and the inspection and minor repair cost me $125. I was so shocked that I took it to a 3rd garage and asked them to review the issues Hinks had identified and the 3rd garage confirmed they couldn't find any sign of those issues. Feel taken advantage of by a business we've been supporting for years. Would've been taken for a $2,500 ride if we didn't get a second opinion.

They got everything done very quickly and efficiently, but I felt that more could have been done, especially considering the fact that I am constantly on the highway. Sometimes, due to the way the car would drive, I felt intimidated by taking long trips on the highway, especially knowing how Philadelphia and NY drivers can be. Your car has to be in top notch condition and you have to be a skilled and aware driver. Today, I was just dropping the car off for a simple oil change, and I wasn't expecting this experience to be any more unique than the last. As a woman, walking in to any car service provider is intimidating, and as a woman who knows cars very well, I don't get taken seriously when I bring certain things to most repair center associates attention that are a concern of mine. I know when someone has rushed through a service, skipped steps, etc. I can't tell you how many times I've asked someone to check my tire pressure or alignment for them to say that it's fine, only to find out that it could have been better. Well, I picked the car up, jumped on the highway, and let me tell you, the car is driving like I just picked it up off of the lot. I don't know what has changed within the past few months, but whomever worked on my car TODAY deserves some sort of recognition because they definitely know what they're doing and do it very well. I hope that they know that there are people out there that pay attention and care about how their car drives and appreciate people who are willing to go above and beyond to provide service that everyone deserves at a reasonable price.

My oil wasn't touched but I got a coupon for half off ... yay. Secure the wind guard under my car.. what guard is the response I got. Got signed up for the credit and was told I could pay it off in the store, sorry we can't pay off the cards at all in store. Had my front seat covered in cigarette ash, I don't smoke. My steering wheel was covered in black grease and dirt. I had my car detailed two weeks prior, interior and exterior with a ceramic coating. Only went there because they could get the brand of tires I wanted quickly. I didn't get a call to let me know those tires never came in but the other ones did and it was already installed and my tires were already picked up by whoever does it. So I was stuck with these tires. Lesson learned quick doesn't mean good.

Dropped my car off and left all my documentation in the key drop-off. They have a box that you pull…read moredown to the right of the door with the key drop slot, and it has a pen in there, envelopes, where you can tick off the things that you want done and write in anything extra. Loved that extra little bit of care because nothing drives me crazier than trying to find an envelope and pen in my car because there's nothing but a key drop slot in the door in so many other places. They think of the little things. I had made my appointment online a couple of weeks before using one of the flyers that came in the mail, I scanned the QR code. I did put it in my phone as a reminder however I actually put in the wrong day, I would have been a day late however they sent me a reminder text to let me know that hey your appointment is coming up. Amazing, and very timely! I spoke mainly with Brandon and in all my years I have never spoken to any car repair place and receive such great service. He listened to my concerns as I have a few because my car is older. They kept me apprised of every step of the way. From initial diagnostics, when they finish them they sent me a link that took me to a website but not only detailed information about what needed to be done, but also recommendations with PICTURES to show what they were talking about. I was able to show them to my brother who was mechanic in New Jersey he said I see their concern and he agreed on their diagnostics, but we're getting rid of the car within a year so no need to do those things right now. When I spoke to Brandon we talked about what needed to be done for the inspection, the things that I wanted to have done extra including the oil and having an A/C repaired, and there was zero hard sell of any of the other options that were recommended but not needed at time of service. I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic shop in all my years and I can guarantee I will never go to another auto repair shop as long as I live in this area, I finally found the best mechanics around and trust me I've been to probably just about all of them including dealerships. They are absolutely outstanding and it didn't matter who I spoke to on the phone they were great, Brandon stood out as exceptional. Thank you Ross for the detailed Diagnostics.

Not entirely satisfied. We went in to get tires mounted. [New tires] and after, we had a new…read morethinking sound that wasn't there before on the front driver side. Took it to another auto shop to see if they can pinpoint the sound and the only thing they could say is that one of the BRAND NEW parts were now broken. Now these new parts have maybe 50-100 miles on them. If that. Going to call tomorrow [monday] to see if anything can be done. The car has only been driven home [about 4 blocks] and to the other shop [about 2 miles] since we took it to c&j.
