They had a few kinds of sushi and a variety of other Asian food offerings, meaning a fair amount of choice. We stood there watching the counter help open the same boxes over and over because they couldn't remember what was in them. I wanted to scream "WRITE IT ON TOP!!!!" I estimate 50% of the counter worker's time went into reopening and reorganizing the boxes, leading to orders hanging out there longer than necessary and wasting time. But I stopped there twice and... no truck. I looked for updates on social media, but (alas) still couldn't seem to sync up with them. Then, one random weeknight, we headed to Barley & Brew in Sedro Woolley to see a comedy show, and there was Karuma. Score! At the time, I was recovering from a tummy bug, and didn't want to eat raw fish yet, so I ordered a California Roll and got a beeper to await my order. 45 minutes later... it was ready. And...it was delish. Not to mention HUGE! I couldn't even finish it. Since they're new, I'll give them grace on the long wait and hard-to-findness.
