They can be as busy place, and had no seating for dining in since Covid, just takeout, but they have put some tables and chairs back into the restaurant. Not a comfy cozy place to seat and eat, so we always do takeout. They have a great selection of sushi rolls, the miso soup is umami at its best and I've never had bad tempura from here. All round good food, will always come back.

I ordered the Tofu Teriyaki Donburi with an order of their Boston Sushi Roll. The donburi was very good; the breaded tofu tasted light yet piquant. Everything else in the donburi was great. The sushi roll was delicious, sensing that balance of flavour that good sushi should have. The service was greater than great. They said they would have my food finished by quarter after 7, however I received it more than 15 minutes before the expected time. I was also asked for water or tea by the waitress when I was waiting there. My only complaint about the restaurant is that the space was pretty small and the interior look was pretty basic. Overall, this restaurant is not just great of convenience, but for great food and service as well. I will definitely be coming back to Young's for more.

When I was there, it was not very busy, so I got a table right away. The inside of the restaurant had a classy look to while still maintaining the Japanese aesthetic to it. The menu has so many more choices than I have seen any Japanese restaurant carry. From sushi and donburi bowls to Korean chicken and Fried Nori Tacos I actually had trouble deciding what I wanted because of how much there was to choose from. I ordered the Janjangmyun with the Crazy Boy Sushi Roll. The janjangmyun was fantastic overall. The noodles were great on their own, the caramelized onions were succulent, and the black bean sauce helps make everything in the dish taste exuberant. The sushi roll was fresh, crunchy, meaty and full of flavour. The service was nice, and I liked the waitress that served me. I really look forward to coming back to Noodle Road because I want to try their K-Pop Chicken the next time I come there. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Soy garlic = unfortunately, this made me sick afterwards. Chicken was old and chewy. We knew it wasn't fresh because we've had endless amounts of Korean fried chicken at many places in Canada and in Korea. Batter was so thick, as if it was re-battered and refried. The chicken pieces were so tiny that they got lost in the batter. It was also too sweet. If you're not a fan of sweet fried chicken, don't order this. We didn't think soy garlic would be too sweet so we were quite disappointed and didn't want to send food back when many around the world barely have anything to eat. Fried rice = taste was fantastic but the portion was tiny for a plate that cost about $19! I was surprised to have onion and sauce served with it; never had it before but I didn't mind it. It didn't elevate the dish or did anything to it so it could've been left out. Service = good. The hostess was friendly. Ambience = it is small but clean. Nothing much to say about decor but what is most important is that the tables and dishes are clean.

Was very fast getting seated and the vibe here was awesome people were happy, music was good and the waitresses were very friendly and kind. Regarding the food some say it's overpriced but in my opinion I thought it was justified and inline with the quality. We ordered a variety of different sushi and skipped out on the ramen but from what we heard was what this place is known for. Overall the things we ordered were served fresh, fantastic and delicious I highly recommend the unagi that possessed a smooth smoked flavour overall 9/10 only note is that are one dish took awhile to come which was expected due to the traffic

Finally stopped in the area for lunch this year and we all agreed to try this restaurant. Oh my god, although we were skeptical, they did not disappoint! The moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be authentic because the staff were Japanese. My partner ordered the Paitan Shio Ramen which was delicious, flavourful and a very generous portion size. The soup base was on point and not too salty. I ordered the Tuna Avocado Roll and Negitoro Cone, and both were very fresh and delightful to eat. Loved the environment in this place even though it's small. Loved the wood vibes and the washroom sign! Would highly recommend trying this place if you're headed to or driving through Squamish!
