It's not authentic Japanese, it's an interpretation of Japanese by Chinese workers and Cooks. Also, Chinese service isn't great and the waiter here isn't attentive and a bit too casual for my taste. The food itself is just acceptable, and for the price not great. The atmosphere also still is pretty weak, and the restaurant is small. It's sort of almost like a hole on the wall. On the West Coast, I've eaten at over 30 authentic Japanese restaurants, and for those of you who aren't Japanese restaurant or sushi aficionados... This food is probably fine. If you know we're good, Japanese food is, don't come here and frankly you may need to drive to Boston to get it.

However, our last meal, the quality took a pretty big dip. I was frustrated that the sesame chicken was not white meat by default. Dark meat is an acquired taste and in this area, this is the first restaurant that served it as default. Another strange and frustrating trend with Asian restaurants in New Hampshire is that they offer two or three cuisines instead of focusing on one.
