Rather than apologizing or offering to correct the order, we were told that we "should have known" this is how they make it. This is especially frustrating since we've ordered from them many times in the past and their fried rice was always made with sauces and had the expected flavor and color. Authentic fried rice is cooked with sauces that give it both taste and color, so this explanation didn't sit right with us. After being a near-weekly customer, this experience was enough to lose us. We won't be ordering again--especially now that a new Chinese restaurant has opened in Manchester.
