Came here after work for a quick meal before heading over to Top Golf and I was pleasantly surprised by how good their bowls were. The service seemed fine and efficient, but can't really comment beyond that. The dining area was clean, spacious, and well lit. I ended up going with a signature bowl (Da Kine) since I just wanted something quick and my siblings got the spicy salmon in their custom bowls. I love when places actually have marinated fish as an option and their marinated tuna in addition to spicy salmon (actual cubes, not mush) were so flavorful even without the additional sauces. They do charge for quite a few premium ingredients since my siblings got custom bowls, but my signature bowl came with premium ingredients and for less in price. I'm taking a star off essentially for the portion size in my bowl, which was smaller than I expect for the price, but maybe it would have been better if I went with a custom bowl so I'd definitely come back to get that and see if it makes a difference.

Wow! I didn't know this place existed! The inside is very spacious! It's well lit and well ventilated. The options and pricing are clearly marked on the wall. The staff are friendly. The ordering process is very easy and straightforward. The poke is very fresh! The portion size is a little bit on the smaller side. Will be back!

Now ofc we do enjoy poke, this place was spacious, quick and easy overall. Pretty much can build your own bowl and choose your fish and your toppings. They also have some bowls already set if you don't know what to build. We were in the area shopping and in a rush to get back for another engagement but needed a quick bite. The have tuna, salmon, chicken in multiple styles. plain, marinated (tuna), spicy. The fish was fresh on the day went. I can appreciate the simplistic approach in not giving too many variations to the style of protein to choose from. Makes it pretty quick and easy to decide. In Hawaii shops would have like a dozen marinated flavors and styles and you don't really know what to choose sometimes haha. Definitely fills you up if you finish the bowl. I can see grabbing this for lunch on the way to work. The staff is nice, there was no line or wait when we stopped in and was served quickly. Oh side note: we didn't know some of the toppings were extra charge, didn't notice it on the menu, but the staff didn't mention it either when making our bowls. Came out to be like $20 per bowl.

Spent the day shopping and walking around at the University Ave shops & decided to give Poke Bros a try, for a quick dinner. First impressions: Inside was super clean and loved that they had big signs of the menu, with pictures of what each of the signature poke bowls they offer look like + what all the ingredients look like. They also have paper menus as well to look at. What I ordered: I got a build your own bowl with spicy tuna + spicy salmon, white rice, jalapeños, mango, seaweed salad, crab stick, onions, wonton chips, crispy onion, tobiko & tempura flakes. For sauce I did sweet soy & spicy aioli. Taste: The tuna and salmon tasted fresh + cold/*not frozen, which is GREAT because nothing is worse than trying a new poke place out and the fish is warm lol. All the ingredients I got for my bowl tasted fresh honestly and had good flavor. Price: I wished that they labeled which ingredients were additional cost or at least gave a heads up, so it wasn't until we saw the receipt that I noticed some of the ingredients in my bowl were extra charge. The total for two bowls was ~$40, which is on par with pricing at other Poke spots. Overall, I enjoyed my bowl from Poke Bros. The portions are a decent size; I ate half of the bowl for dinner & saved the other half to eat for later in the night after the gym. The staff was also super nice and friendly. Again, just wish there was a heads up on the ingredients that were extra charge because though I would've still wanted the ingredients that cost extra, I would've liked if it was stated on the menu or if staff let us know. I was trying to figure out if maybe I missed something on the menu that states additional charge or a symbol key, but failed to find anything regarding additional charge. Other than that, would totally come back again & think Poke Bros is a great addition to University Ave!

My partner and I built our own half & half (spicy salmon & spicy tuna) bowl w coconut ginger sauce, and spicy salmon w extra fish (marinated tuna) bowl w wasabi aioli sauce - TASTE: 4/5 - the spicy proteins had a unique sriracha taste to them. I typically get every topping, so highlights included the sweet pineapple, spicy jalapeño, and raw onions. Both sauces were flavorful; I could actually taste the strong coconut and ginger in mine! TEXTURE: 5/5 - again, I get every topping when they're unlimited, so bowl was well-balanced w crisp carrot and cucumber, crunchy wonton chips and crispy onions, and tender fish PRICE: 4/5 - I'm glad they have a half/half protein option, so I was able to try both the spicy salmon & spicy tuna for the price of one. Our subtotal was $31 SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - didn't skimp on the toppings and wasn't too rice-heavy SERVICE: 4/5 - we walked in at 6:30pm on a Wednesday and dined in. The staff was friendly and quick. Wasn't busy besides a few folks who came in and out for their takeout orders ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - bright, clean, and welcoming space w a cute Poke Bros mural PARKING: 5/5 - plenty of parking in the University Station plaza. Convenient for us to get our grocery shopping done right after at Wegmans

Was very excited to see a new Poke place pop up so I stopped in to try it out. You guys - best poke bowl place in the area!! I have been on the hunt for a great place and finally found it. Super fresh fish, awesome toppings, and yummy sauces. Service was friendly and fast. Must try! I had the Johnny Utah with the spicy salmon.

My sister and I have gone twice since they opened a few weeks ago. I am the kind of person that likes to eat raw fish over cooked fish and do not like sugar in my tea. Although, I wish it were a little bit more chilled when served. The sushi rice is a bit over cooked but still okay. Drinks are great! Haven't had a bad drink yet! My go to is the Iced Matcha and the A-Oolong tea w/ cheese foam. The strawberry matcha latte and drip coffee are also yummy! Service: staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They are slightly slow but that's what happens at every new store opening. Bare with them for the first few months! Atmosphere: very clean, including bathrooms. Cute store decor. Wish the fan wasn't sitting in front of the "wanna poké?" sign...still haven't been able to get an aesthetic photo of that wall! Very inviting! Overall: I treat places that sell raw fish very seriously, knowing how bad food poisoning can be. I really like pokemoto and looseleaf tea's concept. I also believe that if you haven't had raw fish or real tea before, this would be the place to start!

Location is great, there were able 2 employees working the front. Not really sociable with us but very chatty with each other. Pricing is a bit on the higher end for the quality for sure, out of 7 dishes between a group of 4 and 2 were for sure pre-made items only 2 dishes were ok. As for the food itself, I can say it's more on a "cleaner" side vs the extra flavor and oily texture you'd get from a fast food chain. The ramen broth was subtle, the noodle perfect, but the flavor wasn't there. The Chef special roll was way over priced for what you get, especially only having 1 piece being the best out of the "assorted" fish. The hibachi wasn't good in my opinion, good portion though. Would not order that again. The chicken teriyaki flavor was great, chicken texture was more like grilled on a pan vs over flame. Loved the veggies though. The gyoza and takoyaki were good as well as the strawberry mochi icecream. Wish they were more friendly though, making us feel like we were inconvenient for them was a major turn off.

The food quality is above average, the execution is high, and the service is attentive. The space is clean and efficient, but lacks warmth. We visited the day after a large 1-2 foot snowstorm, and Ochi was one of the only restaurants open in town. I've eaten at Ochi 4x since it opened in 2023, although there's a lot more to explore on its expansive and prolific menu. On this visit, we tried a Tuna Poke Bowl, a Salmon Pome Bowl, a Katsu Ramen, a Mango Salad, and a Mochi desert. Regarding the Tuna Poke Bowl, Ochi took the liberty of substituting more expensive fatty tuna (Toro), for regular tuna (Maguro), a generous and appreciated gift as a thanks for dining on a very slow night due to the storm. Hence, I would recommend everything we tried: the Mango Salad, any of the Sushi, Sashimi and Maki choices, the Poke bowls and Ramen (especially the Spicy Miso Ramen, the chicken Katsu Ramen, and any of the traditional pork or beef Ramen choices). In addition, the deserts are especially worth trying, and are all well orchestrated. You can't really go wrong at Ochi.
