One group of about 20 people was celebrating a birthday, and another group of five couples was already loud from the moment they arrived. To their credit, the waitstaff apologized several times on their own initiative for the unusual noise level. However, no action was taken by management to address the situation. Instead, drinks continued to be served, and the atmosphere became impossible for anyone else to enjoy. Under these circumstances, the quality of the food became secondary. What should have been an enjoyable evening turned into a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
