We have eaten here and always enjoyed it very much but this past weekend, Saturday 4/4/26 we hosted…read morea special event here and we're so pleased with everything. I wanted to say a huge thank you to the event manager Joanna--and her entire team--for doing such a wonderful job on my daughter's bridal shower this past Saturday. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and received so many compliments, and the cocktails were fabulous--thank you especially for the signature drink, it was a big hit! The waitstaff did an excellent job, and the bartender was incredible keeping up with all the orders. She made the whole process feel so easy and enjoyable. I can't say enough great things about Neroli's. If you have not eaten here go - if you're looking for a nice venue for an event their private room is so pretty, bright and perfect!

We made a reservation for two couples and specifically asked for a quiet table. We were seated in the restaurant's inner dining room, which is supposed to be quieter than the main dining area and bar. Unfortunately, there were two large groups in that room. One group of about 20 people was celebrating a birthday, and another group of five couples was already loud from the moment they arrived. As the evening went on and more alcohol was served, the noise became increasingly unbearable. To their credit, the waitstaff apologized several times on their own initiative for the unusual noise level. However, no action was taken by management to address the situation. Instead, drinks continued to be served, and the atmosphere became impossible for anyone else to enjoy. Under these circumstances, the quality of the food became secondary. What should have been an enjoyable evening turned into a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I've tried a number of seafood boils around MA and Cap't Loui is definitely one of the better ones…read more We had shrimp and mussels with medium Cap't Loui sauce and lemon pepper and added garlic noodles and sausage. They sell by the half pound or pound with their prices listed on the walls in the restaurant based on their current market prices. The portions felt like a lot for what we ordered as we split about three pounds of seafood between three people and were all stuffed. The mussels were big and shrimp were very fresh and clean. The medium sauce was not too spicy and it also came with a potato and small corn on the cob. I thought their garlic noodles were not as good as I've had at other seafood boils, but they do not skimp on the garlic! The restaurant has a spacious front dining area where you enter from the mall with tables for larger parties and the back area where there are a lot of tables for smaller groups. All tables are lined with paper as you'd expect from a seafood boil restaurant and they use all plastic ware and cups. The service was relatively quick and attentive and they also give you gloves, bib, and a bucket for the shells as you eat. I recommend ordering combos as a group if you are hungry as you get free sides depending on how many pounds you order.

Cap't Loui is a Cajun seafood boil spot that delivers on the core promise of the format. I walked…read moreinto a lively space and knew immediately that the meal was going to get messy by design, so I came prepared for that. The boil bags came out hot, saucy, and loaded with flavor, and the cajun sauce was the backbone of the whole experience. I started with the shrimp, mussel, and sausage combination, a strong starting point for a first bag. The corn and potatoes that came along for the ride soaked up the sauce well and were worth finishing before I moved on. I added the garlic noodles to my order, and they held up as a side that actually contributed to the meal rather than just filling space on the table. The lemon pepper fries were another solid addition, well seasoned and crispy in a way that made them easy to keep picking at throughout the meal. Snow crab and lobster are on the menu for when you want to push the order into higher territory, and the king crab legs are a standout if you are willing to spend for them. Service was attentive and the staff were patient about walking me through the menu and the process, which made the experience comfortable even though it was my first time doing a seafood boil. A fun, satisfying meal that earns its following.

Nick, our server, greeted us warmly. Although we are regulars at this location, this was our first time being served by him, as he joined the team just three months ago. From start to finish, Nick was exceptional: attentive, a great listener, thoughtful with recommendations, and completely on point with the evening's pacing. Truly a standout. We enjoyed: Field Greens Salad with butter leaf lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, and Parmesan vinaigrette Lobster and Crab Cake with lemon basil aioli Tuna Tartare with avocado, mango, and spicy sriracha Chef's suggestion: sliced filet mignon with cipollini onions, wild mushrooms, and fig essence (medium rare) Dry-aged NY/KC strip au poivre with Courvoisier cream, 14 oz (medium rare) 10 oz filet with corn, asparagus, and mac & cheese (sadly forgotten in photos!) Every dish was outstanding, and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We've long been loyal patrons of the Boston and Chestnut Hill locations--and have also visited Providence, NYC, and Phoenix--so it's especially nice to have a Dedham location that delivers the same exceptional food, service, and ambiance even closer to home. Valet parking begins at 5pm, and the valet team was working tirelessly despite the frigid cold, which did not go unnoticed. As we departed, we had the pleasure of meeting the general manager at the front door and shared how much we enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you to the chef, to Nick, and to everyone behind the scenes for making this another truly memorable birthday celebration. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Well I've eaten at a lot of Greek restaurants here and in Greece and this is one of the best places I've ever been to, to have a good sit down Greek meal. Where I live there are great restaurants for any type of cuisine you can imagine and a great Greek restaurant but the one near me is more like the best fast food in Greece. (A gyro wrap is the most traditional Greek fast food you can get). If people every ask me where to go to try other great Greek dishes, I will tell them to go there, 10 minutes from where I live and and on the eat home come by and drop off their left overs. They accommodated us for a table of 7 and although it can be a bit loud, you can still talk to anyone in your party. But i would recommend getting a reservation so you don't have to rely on luck like we did. The prices might be a little higher than some of your typical sit down restaurants, but worth every penny.
