I was craving something fresh and finally had the opportunity to try this spot, and I'm glad I did. It's located inside Haven City Market, and I was fortunate to arrive when there was no line, so the experience was quick and convenient. The fish tasted fresh and well prepared, and they offer a wide variety of options along with an impressive selection of sauces to choose from. We've hit up Poke Haven twice now and both times did not disappoint!!The hubby and kids went all in on the build-your-own poke burritos and basically turned dinner into a delicious arts-and-crafts project. You pick your protein, toppings, and sauces and boom, they wrap it up like a sushi burrito's cooler cousin!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and gone suspiciously fast (always a good sign)!! Service was super friendly and quick, which is a miracle when you're rolling deep with hungry family members. Was craving some poke and saw they were offering a spam musubi bowl for like $10 and it was pretty glazey. It had the right amount of flavor was complemented by the seaweed salad, corn, edamame, etc. I didn't try the tuna or salmon but they looked really fresh and kind of regretted not trying it. Who wants some poke? I do! Well, there is a poke joint located inside Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga (HCM RC). It's to the right of The Kroft. If you don't look for it, you may miss it. I almost did because its restaurant front is somewhat inward from the main walkway. Plenty of indoor seating shared with the other food restaurants in HCM RC. When it was my turn, the friendly staff greeted me right away. I had the choice of a bowl or burrito. There is the 3 or 5 scoops option. For a few more dollars, I went with 5 scoops in a bowl. All the fishes and veggies were very fresh and of good quality. The only gripe I have is that they didn't have any of the fishes marinated. Anyway, no biggie. I got half sushi rice and half salad with all toppings except for jalapeno plus all salmon for my 5 scoops. As for the sauces, I got spicy miso, eel, and crunchy garlic on the side. As for the dry toppings, I wanted to try all of them so I asked the lady to package a little bit of each dry topping except for chili flakes. Unfortunately, she forgot the hot cheetos which I love with my poke bowl. My eldest daughter and I were very bummed about that as we both love hot cheetos. I'll remember to check the bag next time. Staff was nice. Service was quick. Packaging was smooth. Bowl was full of goodness. It was very delicious despite of the missing hot cheetos. I'll definitely come back for more yummy poke! read more

The poke here is SO good! Everything tasted super fresh and the toppings were all really flavorful. I love how many options they have--you can really build your bowl exactly how you like it. Both my son and I had the 3 scoop build your own bowl with ahi tuna, salmon, and spicy tuna. The staff was super nice and helped me pick sauces that went perfectly together. Portions are big, prices are fair, and the vibe in the restaurant is chill and clean. Definitely one of my new go-to spots when I'm craving poke! read more

The server I had seemed like he hated working here. Angry look on his face the whole time. I wanted spring mix, he put a few leaves in and said theres no more, didnt offer to get any in the back. I asked if him if he had any sauces to recommend, he said flat out said no and told me to look at the sauce list. Wow. Portions are small. 5 scoop bowl is still put in the same small bowl. read more

The reality is that this is a good poke spot. It has good quality seafood and good quality rice - what else can you ask for, right? The issue is that it is not the best poke spot in town. You won't be disappointed but it is not my personal go to. But it does have a few wildcards: crawfish, eel, scallops and octopus. So if you're looking for something other than salmon or tuna in your poke bowl, then you might find yourself coming here. It is located within haven city market which is always a good ambiance. IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO ORDER but you love sushi rolls, here's my recommendation: - sushi rice - onions, jalapenos, cucumber, edemame, seeweed, carrots, spicy crab - ahi tuna! I love this place! They are great with portions and I love that they have masago. I love that the fish is cut into small, bite-size pieces and they have a great variety of sauces. Decent Poke spot that I'd give another try...they don't mix the proteins/sauce/add-ins together tho so you might need more sauce than normal depending on how heavy-handed your cashier is. Miso was a little salty but nothing unbearable, especially for a side item. read more

I went to poke haven because of their amazing reviews. First thing I noticed when I stepped inside the restaurant, was that the staff was very welcoming and was extremely nice and clean inside. I believe she was the owner, her name was Araceli and her service was amazing. Never been here before me and my girlfriend decided to go and give it a shot. The customer service was beyond amazing. They were very welcoming. We ordered the Poki nachos, poke burrito and Poké bowl all was made in a very reasonable time given how long the line was I'm very appreciative of the care that they took with making my food.
