I have been on a poke bowl craze. I was in La Verne. I wanted some poke. Found Poke Poki. They sell poke bowls, drinks, ice cream, and snacks. Very cool and clean interior with good seating. All gender restroom in the back... key required. Poke bowl comes in 5 sizes each with varying scoops of proteins. I wanted two large bowls each with 5 scoops. Went with all salmon and every topping that was offered except for the lemon/lime. Proteins, veggies, and dry toppings were all very fresh. Kate, the owner, recommended a combination of 4 different sauces, Poke Bomb mild, House Special mild, Spicy Sesame, Spicy Mayo. I said let's try it. She put them together for me. It was good indeed. Very well balanced sauce concotion for the poke bowl! Kate was super friendly and kind. She gave me one complimentary small Island Fresca Lemonade lemonade to try. It was so very refreshing. I ended up getting one cup to-go. I got one Thai Iced Tea to-go as well. Drinks were refreshingly amazing! I had to drive over an hour plus to get home. Kate gave me an ice pack to keep the poke bowls cold. Thank you Kate for everything! My eldest daughter and I enjoyed our poke bowls very much. Highly recommend Poke Poki for the poke lovers! Great poke bowls at very reasonable prices. Btw, make sure you get their loyalty card. Buy 10 poke bowls of two scoops or larger, get one poke bowl of three scoops for free. That's a steal! Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon due to my original poke joint in Claremont going out of business aka Oh Poke not sure what happened there .. but as of today location is still closed. So I decided to try this place out so far so good . A little different than what I was use to but still a good alternative/option. I will say it was a little warm in there AC would prob be better for more comfortable dine in experience. read more

This is probably my favorite poke place in SoCal. I go here almost weekly! Even when I'm pregnant, I just get their shrimp and tofu because I like their sauces so much. Fish is always fresh, the sesame sauces are unique and tasty, and service is always great. Owners are so kind and generous as well. read more

My son is staying at Casa Colina Hospital. While visiting him we decided to try Poke Poki. No regrets. I ordered the 2 protein (spicy ahi and salmon), half brown rice/salad. With various toppings. The hot spicy sauce. It was ono kine grindz!!!! The fish was fresh and the veggies were crunchy and the sauce was really tasty and perfect for my pallet. My friend and I were hungry. We decided to yelp around for the closest poke place and Poke Poki pop up. I ordered the poke bowl. The sauce are special (never have I seen the sauces at other Poke locations, so it is totally worth the try) They have a unique selection of drinks as well! Quick and accurate service was provided. A+ for being friendly too! If you are not sure on what to get, ask for recommendations! They know what they are offering. They have a lot of different snacks for people who like them. Very cute spot! Really brings the island vibes with the decor and music. The staff was so friendly and helped walk me through the process with a good attitude. All the fish looked super fresh and so did the veggies! It's a turn off when things look soggy or stale. I loved the options for the sauces especially because they mix up all your ingredients so everything gets a good coating. It's pretty cool that so many toppings are free like the imitation crab and masago which most places charge for. Glad I found this place! read more

I've had this place several times, and never had an issue. Normally I get the white rice as a base; sometimes I'll also opt for half white rice/half salad. Today, I chose all salad and SO disappointed that I did so. I can literally count on one hand, how many pieces of the Spring Mix salad were in my bowl, compared to how much spinach was in there. I used to make smoothies every day using spinach, so I can pretty much make an accurate estimate that there was close to 3-4 cups of spinach packed in my bowl. Spinach has a very distinct taste and texture, so considering that the entire base was all spinach it just ruined the whole bowl and meal. read more

They greet you upon entering and make you feel welcome. The food is really good and you can taste the freshness. There are a ton of options for toppings and you can load up on them. I got the 2 scoops of protein and it was a very big lunch. The price came out to $17 after tax and I'd say that is a very fair price for the great quality of food. Overall it was ok. Fish wasn't very fresh. The veggies were as fresh either but they did have greatly cooked rice. The sauces were my favorite part of the bowl. Price is decent but there is definitely better poke out there. The bowls look better than they taste. read more
