You order via an ordering kiosk (they seem to be popular with places cutting down on staff) made by one person behind the counter. My order was made quickly but I'm not really sure about the kiosk ordering system since you need to input your phone number. I ordered my favorite bowl of theirs, Jimmy's Creation. The first time I tried it in 2018 it was so good I nearly skipped out of the place and wanted to eat here everyday. It's still good but the rice is much more sticky, a little too sticky for my liking since I had to break it up into chunks with my chopsticks. The sauce was a bit too sweat also.
