Been here many times and the workers are great, great service. I love their poke bowls and Hawaiian tuna is a must!

Got home, shook my bowl with the lid on, and immediately found a hair in my poke bowl... really sad because this is my first poke bowl with fish after having a baby and I have been dreaming of this moment for months.

This place was really good! My husband brought me here after trying it himself first. There's so many options when it comes to the proteins and toppings. I do love too that they have many sauce choice but they also show popular combos on the order window and they will give you recommendations as well on what they like to mix and what works well with the proteins you chose. They do have some drinks called refreshers and it's sodas with some mix ins and I tried the lemon coke. It was really different and gave me a flashback of lemon Pepsi from years ago. We def will come back when we want that good fresh poke bowl!

Always great service and fresh poke bowls! Love coming here after a Costco run. I always get 1/2 brown rice & spring salad with spicy salmon. Eel sauce with dry toppings.

Thank you, Sunny. It was great meeting you! You did an amazing job on our jumbo Volcano sushi burrito (adding tempura shrimp) The flavors came together nicely. Looking forward to visiting again!

Service was great and super fast! Definitely will be choosing here over another place for the poke burritos. If you haven't tried hot cheetos on your sushi burrito you are missing out!

Made my own salmon bowl with the works. This is my second time and the service is always friendly. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Great spot, recommend.

Portions were great, I got super full off of a BYO Bowl! I got through the line very quickly and staff were really friendly. Lots of seating inside and outside and I liked how they offered Hawaiian drinks!

One of my new favorite POKÉ places in Tempe now, service was great and they very helpful. Inside was clean and everything looked fresh. Food portions were huge and it's definitely worth your money. They have tons of different options for toppings and a good selection of proteins. Overall, a great place for poke and fast service, highly recommend.

I ordered a two protein bowl. I got salmon and Hawaii tuna on white rice. The fish was very fresh. Every bite was great. There was a good choice of mix ins. I didn't love the shoyu sauce I got. Just tasted like soy. I was really excited about the cucumber kimchi but was disappointed. The acid level was off and there was no other pickled cucumber option. I will absolutely go back because of the quality of the fish, but will try different sauces.

Salmon, ponzu sauce and delicious veggies!!

This place is fantastic! The ingredients are super fresh and delicious. Prices are solid too. I feel like a lot of poke places are starting to overcharge. I would absolutely come back here! also the guy working was very friendly and welcoming!! I love this place! The restaurant decor is super cute and has a beach feeling as well.

You can order online for their regular menu but they had some specials this weekend (sign up for the emails because you can see the specials at leach location and you get a code for a free cookie for your birthday) so we called in. Food was ready in 15 minutes. We got the lobster roll which is Connecticut style-my preference-with lots of butter! They had a fish and chips special so we got that too. And a pb&j cookie for my birthday! My husband very recently broke his leg so picking up Chulas with some great lobster was a nice treat! It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Very fresh, high quality seafood. They have great poke and a great fish market if you want to pick up raw seafood to cook at home. Definitely a little gem in SoSco.

Being the desert, the quality of Seafood is important, since we are nowhere near seawater and the reputable Chula Seafood is here to serve us, desert dwellers, well. TUNA MELT- it's refreshing to have a tuna sandwich that is not canned tuna. There is a chimichiri sauce that you can get to drizzle on it that really gives a depth of flavor. The bread was a nice sourdough that was not just a cheap white bread and did not get soggy. However, with my sandwich, the bread was burnt so that bitterness ruined the flavor of the delicate fish. My pictures shows a few burnt spots, but on the bottom side was way more burnt and it was like they put the most burnt side on the bottom to hide it and hope I didn't notice. I did not appreciate this. CLAM CHOWDER- creamy and more on the fluid consistency, being made with fresh clams makes the difference. Not the best chowder i've had, but was pretty decent. The fish variety can vary with seasons, but it is nice to get different choices throughout the year. There are limited offerings here compared to the bigger location across town, as far as menu and fish selection. But for a small store it is a good place to get some quality seafood to take home or sit and eat. Check out the great happy hour deals

When we walked in it had a very fishy smell, so it kind of made us second guess our choice. But we went for it anyhow. The greeter/server was very pleasant and sat us. It was very clean inside with ample space between seat. We browsed through the menu and started with our usual edamame and pot stickers. The edamame was salted well throughout where a lot of places just put the salt on top only. We ordered a couple varieties of sake which were both good. Out of all of the things we ordered the karange skewer was just a little more oily than were use to, but still good. The spicy salmon roll had really great flavor and the lollipop roll was probably one of the better versions that we have had. The musubi was giant to say the least, it was good, but offered a bit too much rice. Overall the food and service was great and we were very happy that we ended up here!

We were nearby for a show, and decided to stop in on a Wednesday evening for a late dinner with some friends. They have a good happy hour menu, and my friends ordered off there, but I was craving sushi so I got the nigiri omakase. It came with miso soup, which I enjoyed, definitely hard to go wrong there. The sushi itself was decent, nothing crazy, but definitely better than grocery store quality. The tuna and salmon pieces were a little fishy, maybe not the freshest, but it was also quite late (~10pm) so I wasn't expecting too much. Beautifully presented, and the cuts were quite large which was nice! The food came out pretty fast, and the service was pleasant. The restaurant vibes are pretty dark, and moody. The bathroom was kind of scary personally, super dark and a little messy, so I decided to wait till I got home. Overall, a solid experience, and definitely a good choice if I am in the area.

What I love about this spot is that they give do not skimp out on portions; you will get your money's worth every visit. Heaps of fresh fish and as many toppings as you want. I believe that this is family-owned business and the staff are very kind. My order is usually this: Mixed greens and Brown Rice Salmon Albacore Tuna Eel sauce, Ponzu Wonton Crisp Crab Salad Seaweed Salad Edamame Masago Cucumbers Green Onion Ginger But I always try something different when I visit. Can't go wrong with how you customize your poke as you can always taste the quality and freshness. As for pricing, it can be a little pricey...averaging about $20 but to be fair, it is seafood...so you'd expect it to be pricey. Overall, I will continue coming to this location for poke. I split it with him (because they put plenty in one bowl) and had white rice, salmon, tuna, spicy mayo, their house sauce, cucumbers, green onion, edamame, avocado, furikake, sesame seeds, and wanton strips in our bowl. This is one of my favorite ways to eat healthy and delicious food. My only regret? Not adding more veggies! Because I probably would've enjoyed them! The man taking our order was very fast and efficient and chill. Their bathroom and dining room was clean. My only complaint is that my husband mentioned that the salmon was slimy, which I noticed when we were adding ingredients to our bowl. The salmon had that white film for when it's been sitting out for a little bit. Also, I dislike paying extra for avocado. But all things considered, this place had GREAT food that I was able to split (or nail the whole thing because it's so tasty) for around $16. ...I'll probably be back!
