Bow lab is one of my favorite spots to pick up food after running my errands. It's small but cute and clean space. The food is always fresh and so many options to choose from. I'm loving the Soul of Seoul (tuna and salmon bowl) right now but Hotlanta is one of my favorites. Easy parking and free. Oh and staff are nice. They are very helpful if you're having trouble selecting a meal.

THE BEST place for a poke bowl, they do not play with their toppings and the portion sizes are the best I've had in Atlanta! It tastes amazing and the service is great.

Confession time: I don't like poke bowls. If you're like me, the word 'poke' makes you think of raw fish, and perhaps the thought of raw fish evokes some queasy feelings. I get it; I'm right there with you. But I hope you won't let that keep you from trying Bowl Lab. Non-fish eaters will be happy to find out they've added gyudon beef, tofu, cooked shrimp, and chicken to the menu of protein offerings. Besides proteins, there's a lot of other customizations available, from the rice/salad base, to the mix-ins and sauces. My compunctions with my meals here have been few but notable. First, there seems to be a limit to the number of crunch toppings (e.g. onion crisps, fried garlic, rice puffs, furikake, etc.) that you can add atop your bowl. I'm a big fan of contrasting textures in my meal, so I've often wished I could add more than the maximum of two tiny spoonfuls. My other drawback is sheerly a me-opinion. There's plenty of sauces available, but I've yet to find one that hits just right for me. Some are muted, others are overpowering. My personal favorite is a spicy mayo, which most poke bowl joints seem to have, but Bowl Lab is surprisingly without. Since the sauce comprises such a significant part of the meal's resulting flavor, I've sometimes brought my own Sriracha mayo to the restaurant to ensure I'll have a happy meal. All that said, everything is always incredibly fresh. There's never any fishy smell - in the restaurant or in our bowl - and we often leave feeling satisfied with the serving size. Service here has always been quick, efficient, and polite. There's a limited number of tables and stool seating against the windows, but it's often pretty quiet in here and we've never struggled to find seats.

Bowl Lab is my favorite poke spot in the area! It is located in Vinings, next to Cafe Comma. It is really nice inside, and they have a good amount of seating. I appreciate that there is a free parking deck, as well as a few short term spots out front. The first time I went, I wasn't sure what to get, and the staff was really helpful to help me decide. I got the sunny salmon bowl, which is so tasty and definitely my favorite! I love the pineapple in that one, as well as the crab salad and shrimp that are added to it! You can also build your own bowl, which is always fun. The ingredients are always fresh. The pricing is good. A regular bowl is $10.85, a large is $12.95, and and x-large is $14.95. Definitely check it out if you haven't been!

First time trying a Poke bowl establishment and I am in love! I was looking for something semi healthy yet filling for opt and decided to try somewhere outside my normal "greens and grains" type joint. Upon walking in, I see that this is a very popular place as the staff cranked out numerous in person and online orders. Despite being busy, the staff answered any questions I had as a poke newbie and helped me create a delicious bowl

I absolutely love this place! I come here about twice a month! The bowl is very delicious and filling!

There was a promo for BOGO chicken katsu and I jumped on that sucker. A little teriyaki sauce to spruce up the boiled cabbage and rice with the sweet and sour katsu sauce for the kitchen are perfect to stave off hunger. I enjoyed my chicken combo, especially the katsu. The bbq chicken was okay, but I definitely needed to add sauce on the back end to make it more flavorful. The staff was friendly and welcoming to our large party! Even though we all individually ordered at the counter at separate times, they were smart and waited for all the orders to be in before making any of our food. This ensured that the first person that ordered wouldn't have gotten their food before our last person arrived and ordered. Small parking lot, so think about carpooling if you're coming with several people. Overall, solid place for a casual, value meal with plenty of offerings! Will definitely be back to try other things.

Find them at feativals , farmer's market etc. For this mothers day we sought the truck but the were promised elsewhere. So went to Pele's pit to order a platter. Same owners with the same food. Not exaggerating when i say it is by far the best Hawaii themed food i have ever had. We got the chicken and pork belly with mango slaw and rice. Every bite was delicious. Capped it off with their desserts. Ube banana pudding with Oreos. Sooo good. Jeasica is amazing. Very personable. Felt like i was ordering food from my baby sister. Very caring and considerate.

Hubby selected the tofu bbq bun and it was very good. Not very spicy despite the $1 upcharge for the spicy sauce. I selected the salad rice bowl with gently just fried with a crunchy crust tofu. Hold the mayo for me. Good portion ! With the combo meals spring rolls and drink included. Spring rolls were hot and crunchy but basically empty. Would not order those again. Beverages were $3 ala carte which is a ripoff. So , bun and bowl were winners, just bring your own drinks .... It was a Friday night, so it was pretty packed when we first got there. We put our names down, and then grabbed a drink at the bar. There was outdoor seating that was available, so we grabbed a seat. We were then notified that our table was ready. It wasn't even 20 minutes, so this was great. The host took us to two seats at the bar. SOS is such a cool island type of vibe. They have so many different tiki cocktails that you can choose from. They are mostly made of rum, but they have a few other ones that are made with different alcohols. Me and my wife both got our own drinks. Hers was a special Valentine's Day themed drink that was on the menu, and mine was one of the tequila/mezcal tiki drinks. Both tasted really good! The presentation was just as good too! You aren't limited to these though, it's a full bar, so you can get whatever you want. They also have a few food options, but very limited. Our bartender, Heather, was super nice as well. My wife had asked (when I went to the restroom) if they did anything for birthdays, since my birthday was a few days prior. She did this cool fire presentation and gave us two little slushie shots. Awesome bartender for sure! SOS is a great place to go for some really fun drinks.
