It's so nice and refreshing paired with the flavorful poke bowl. I get the white rice for my base. Then I like getting the beef bulgogi and grilled salmon for the proteins. I go crazy with the toppings getting corn, cabbage, seaweed salad, onions, avocado, cucumber, and crunchy onion. Love it so much.

I got 1 poke and went with the shoyu salmon. Then I added my toppings and sauces. I got some veggies as well as mango. I really liked the LemonShark sauce which they described as a citrusy mayo. I also got citrus ponzu and eel sauce. At the end, they have fried onion and garlic as well as tempura crispies. I really appreciated the extra crunch!! Everything from the fish to the veggies tasted super fresh. I loved it. My husband got 2 poke with ahi tuna and salmon. With the 2 and 3 poke, you also get a premium topping. He really liked his bowl. The portion sizes were good, and we left satisfied. They are a Pepsi place and don't offer diet, but they have a good brew of Pepsi zero. They also had a lemon açaí soda that was really yummy. They have a good sized seating area and an additional vault room that is decorated ocean themed. Super adorable and fun!

When we did order, it's always a pet peeve of mine to see an employee weigh everything and remove food from your bowl a sliver at a time to remove fractions of ounces to make sure the scale is exact. Gives the impression is all about profit margins. The tiny scoops ultimately made the rice to protein ratio WAY off. Just SO. MUCH. RICE to make the bowl appear more full to compensate for the undersized & carefully measured protein. While the flavors were good, the rock hard (raw or dried out) rice grains in the bowl were no fun either. Overall just a little disappointing given how much I love fresh poké!

I loved the "Emily" (sugar free caramel and hazelnut latte) that I tried. We even got to browse through Scoutt before heading out.
