There are no baked rolls or fancy shmancy items. The dynamite is not a roll, but a seafood bake of broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, scallop, shrimp in some kind of mayo sauce. This thing is phenomenal. I dream of it. Secret menu tuna scallop is another of my favorites. The albacore is so soft and tender, it breaks with just my tongue. Served in the rectangular black plastic containers they don't present as well because all of the scoops of fish and fresh toppings have to be compressed into the container, but it still tastes good! They used to have larger, clear round bowls with dome lids so nothing got smashed.. I think it would be an improvement, particularly for the 4-scoop large bowls, to go back to the other container.
