So a couple weeks ago, I stopped in with my daughter. We've been coming since they first opened and usually get the same items every single time. This time when I ordered the octopus that I usually get for my son what's not perfect and when I call the owner to complain, he listen with genuine concern. He understood and told me that he would have no problem replacing all our meals. I told him that I only wanted my son's meal replaced but he insisted. When I did go back to get the replacement meals the owner waited on me, remember my name and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy, and I am a very happy customer. The fish was really fresh and the bowl sizes are great. You don't even need a large to fill up. They're very generous with the portions and the customer service is outstanding! They made sure we were well taken care of. However, a bunch of the toppings are also extra, which I understand, but it's more items that cost more than I've seen than a lot of other poki places. They also sell milk teas here, which is a plus. I'd come back again for sure. read more

I tipped 5$ and the lady was rude AF and they overcharged me 5$ for my meat because I asked for it on top (so she put it on the side) I'm coming tomorrow to take 10$ out of the tip jar like actually. I love the portion size with the variety of toppings (meats) which to be honest you can't get everywhere. The miso soup is amazing and seasoned well. However they have no rewards for frequent visitors. Which in my book say that as much as I spend in a month on poke I need the rewards. read more

Yayyy! So so happy to have a poke place even closer to my house! Just like the riverside location, it has good quality food. I always opt for the 1/2 salad 1/2 brown rice with octopus and salmon. That way, I don't feel totally bloated from having too much rice. Poke always gives me fix when I can't go out for AYCE sushi, super affordable to! Went in for a Poke bowl the other day before work and was hoping they could make it quickly so I wouldn't run late. Everything was done super timely and in such a friendly manner. I couldn't read the menu as I forgot my glasses in the car and the lovely lady behind the counter was reading it out for me. They have kimchi shrimp as a protein and I highly recommend it! Just found this Poke place 2 minutes away from my workplace. Everything was overall pretty good so I would definitely be back. Kinda disappointed that the seaweed salad was extra. Good customer service and overall good experience. It started getting busy towards the end of my meal so I hope this establishment does well enough to stay open so I can get my occasional Poke fix. Other than that it's no different from other poke places. Regular bowl was filling enough (I actually felt really full but can't let food go to waste). Try it out people. I really liked this place! I like the set up, the way they put your bowl together, how you can get as many sauces as you want. They have a variety of fish and you can also get avocado as a topping with out it being super pricey. You can choose between crab, avocado or tuna and if you want extra is 50 cents. That's a deal to me considering most places charge 1.50+ for avocado. The flavors of the sauces were really good! The only thing I didn't care for was the Thai Tea, it was just too sweet and I prefer a more traditional approach to Thai tea. Also my eyes and my boyfriends eyes were both burning and I think it was from them cutting onions but that's not something anyone can really help. I was craving a poki salad fir a week, I went in today and was surprised to find out that there was no salad. Instead I was offered raw shredded cabbage and cucumbers. I was disappointed that no one thought to go purchase a couple bags of spring mix. Either way there was no discount offered for this inconvenience, I still paid $14 for my bowl(extra scope of protein). This sucks because this is the closest poki place near me but I'll be going to the one on day street across town from now on. read more

So last time my son and I went we had a great experience. I want to start off by saying that regardless of the experience this time food was excellent. We went in yesterday around 6pm there was 3 people working 2 Ladies and 1 gentleman (who seemed to be training) The lack of professionalism from the shift leader last night was unacceptable ! And her POWER TRIP over the Trainee was uncalled for not only was she interrupting the service she was giving us by telling the trainie " Next time do this.. & Next time do that" it's like she wanted everyone to know she was in charge. The gentleman who was training seemed really embarrassed by this and I don't blame him. These kinds of conversations should not be done in front of customers! People pay for a service too! It was very unprofessional of her to be this way explaining how there 1st server and 2nd server.. and when the young man was doing as she says she said no ... Here I'll take over.. just go on your lunch break and if you don't know how to clock out let me know.... This who time she not even acknowledging that I'm there ready to order. Secondly the customer before me asked what fish is "Shell Fish" or mixed with it. because she can't have it. The 1st server who was really sweet the whole time. Did not know what Shellfish was... Or if the octopus was cooked. This is a serious issue if you do not know your product! You should probably have allergy signed up saying "This contains Shellfish" could have been a bigger problem ... Hope the experience next time is better and training should be done if a nicer manner in front of customers. Customers shouldn't pick up on this like this.. make it seem less as if you know what you are doing in front of them even if you are training. And to the Shift leader last night .. change your attitude... Your going to make people hate working with you and your Power Trip.. Calm down your just serving food! read more

They do have a large variety of toppings and sauces. There were a number of boba and smoothie drinks as well. I also like that they put the rice next to your proteins instead of underneath so that it is easy to mix things the way you want without food falling out of the bowl. However, the rice was hard/under-cooked and the octopus was so chewy that I had trouble eating it and picked the rest out of my bowl to throw away. Portions for toppings were small - my crab and spicy tuna scoops were not much bigger than the masago scoop. I also didn't get the salad because it didn't look fresh and was full of white pieces instead of dark leafy greens. Ahi Poke on the other side of Moreno Valley has much fresher ingredients, better taste, and my bowl and a soft drink there comes out to about $2 cheaper. Plus, the cashiers don't ask every customer for a tip like I saw here at Pokilicious. I know the tablet cash register has an option for tipping, but that doesn't mean most people are going to start doing it when there is no table service. Do you think she tips at Subway? Love this place and am in here all the time! The food is great, the staff are always friendly and I've never had an issue. I feel like this is the best for your money in the area - you get a lot of food no matter what size bowl you get and they don't charge extra for toppings and proteins that some of the other places do. I'm absolutely in love with this place. Honestly, this is the best location out of all the pokilicious places around. Food was amazing. I love how they load up the bowl and all of the add ons. Very delicious sauces. The number one thing that really got me though was the boba tea. They are the only place that I have found in Moreno valley, riverside and San bernardino that does it the exact way I like it. They're also the second place I have found that actually has popping boba. So I cannot rave enough about this place. I'm so happy I finally found a place that I like the boba tea. New place that I found while running errands .. always wanted to try poke and they were very helpful with my selections and they built me a plate that was not only tasty but great size for satisfied my cravings.
