Sushi was super fresh and we had great service! I was reading the other reviews and hesitant to try this place..but I gave it a shot and sooooo happy I did! Our order was prepared quick and server was super nice/very attentive. We will definitely be coming back!

The food was amazing small spot with a good vibe. I will be back. One thing im going to check on is although my server was great and deserved the tip. After payment one of the workers called me back saying I didn't pay. It was embarrassing but overall the experience was pleasant. But next time I will pay attention.

Great customer service. Hella tacky that the owner or restaurant manager sits with 7 bags of snacks at the bar spilling on the floor. Super off putting. $15 roll barely had any fish in it at all. When they brought my Yellow tail Kama it was not cooked all the way through. Like wow I would have actually ordered a ton of food but weird vibe with all the workers just staring at you. Despite changing to new management, the service is still exceptional. I wasn't a fan of the Spider roll since roe was not listed as one of the ingredients, but the menu also requests "no substitutions" so be aware. I really enjoyed the super hot and fresh takoyaki; that was the first time I tried it! TheTheir matcha is alright, but it may taste even better as an oat milk latter rather than iced with honey. My friend loved her rainbow roll and sashimi so I can 100% see myself coming here again. The menus are stunning and the yuzu lemonade is a must try, it's sweet and refreshing. I hope to get another collectible postcard with future checks.

We came here on a Friday night, and there were a decent amount of people inside. We were seated immediately and we ordered a tonkatsu ramen with chicken karaage, unagi bowl, and twister honey roll. The servers were kind with water refills and bringing out the dishes in a timely manner. We got a few pieces of candy with the check and a postcard too. Casual ambience and great for fairly priced sushi in the Moreno Valley area.

Sushi being one of my favorite food I wanted to try this place. Its close to where I am visiting and I was hungry. First I am very particular with service and cleanliness. Service was amazing the young man who took our order was attentive, very professional and should be working in a upscale resturant! The cleanliness was ok but the place was amazing little warm being a sushi place and the outside was a 100 degrees. We ordered 3 rolls, sashimi the 29 dollar one and spicy salmon crispy rice, loaded muscles, one ice coffee and a lychee drink. The presentation of my sashimi was underwhelming and the taste wasnt that freshness I liked. Fish being on top of ice wasnt very cool and I just didnt enjoy it. The rolls was mid but the spicy salmon crispy rice was really good I enjoyed that. I did like the mackerel on top of the roll I ordered but other then that even the drinks did not taste fresh or good the coffee one was very watery. I had to order a can soda. Disappointed in the food but the young man carried the experience and for that I give him the stars.

While the kitchen demonstrates a clear talent for flavor profiles and raw preparations, technical execution issues with the cooked elements ultimately drag down what could be a stellar experience. The Highs: Appetizers & Sashimi The meal began on a high note, showcasing the kitchen's potential. The Popcorn Shrimp appetizer was a standout--arriving piping hot, a crucial detail often missed in busy sushi spots. The batter was crisp, giving way to tender shrimp, but the real star was the accompanying sweet chili sauce. Vibrant and flavorful, it elevated the dish beyond standard bar food fare. Similarly, the Serrano Tuna was excellent. The fish was fresh, and the serrano pepper provided a welcome "kick" that cut through the richness of the tuna without overpowering it. In these early courses, Edo proved it understands balance and temperature. The Flaming Tiger Roll boasted good flavor, but its construction left much to be desired. The roll was so heavily doused in sauce that the rice soaked it up almost instantly, compromising the structural integrity of the sushi. It became a challenge to eat, disintegrating into a soggy struggle rather than a cohesive bite. The Golden California Roll. A deep-fried roll relies entirely on the crunch of the batter, but this version missed the mark. It tasted undercooked, resulting in a "doughy" texture that felt heavy on the palate rather than light and crisp. This issue of undercooking plagued the Ramen as well. While the broth itself had good depth and flavor, the noodles mimicked the failure of the Golden California roll. They arrived with a texture that went beyond "al dente" to simply unfinished, tasting raw and floury in the center. The Verdict The flavors are there, particularly in the appetizers and raw dishes, but the kitchen needs to tighten its timing on the cooked elements. For now, it's a spot I would visit strictly for the appetizers and sashimi, but I'd hesitate before ordering anything that relies on boiling water or a deep fryer.

We found Edo Sushi and Ramen through Yelp and decided to give it a try. This spot did not disappoint. We tried the soft shell crab appetizer, Miso Ramen, Dragon, Lemon Lover and Golden California Roll. The Ramen was very flavorful and the fish in the rolls was fresh. My favorite was the Lemon Lover Roll. We also had Sapporo Shandys that were so refreshing. We will definitely be back for more!

First time here. The staff is friendly and very tentative to the customers. I would definitely recommend this place. The food is top quality. We ordered a few different types of Sush and a few appetizers. On my next visit I am going to try the Ramen and order a few different Sushi rolls. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and brings a welcoming atmosphere.

Ramen broth is not good - bland. Not long cooked. Curry Croquettes were 2 small ones for $5. I also added a California roll for $5. Lunch specials are Tuesday through Friday before 3pm Website says every day. No subscriptions and no modifications are posted every where on the menu although isn't ramen and sushi supposed to be create your own adventure?!?!? Isn't that the point? Ug. Music is nice. Staff is very young - like high school, but very nice. Server says this is a new owner but it feels like the same old one.

Pretty darn good! My sister and I were craving a bento box and truthfully didn't disappoint.

Great food at a reasonable price. Service is great. My only wish is if they had wine.

They didn't make us feel rushed at all and were really welcoming throughout the whole ordering process. The fish tasted really fresh, which is one of the biggest things I look for in poke, and they had a good variety of sauces to choose from depending on what flavor you're in the mood for. The toppings bar was also really solid with a lot of options, and everything looked fresh and well stocked. I liked that you could customize your bowl however you wanted and still have everything pair well together. One thing I really liked is that they actually pack the containers full, so it genuinely feels worth the money. I even got a small bowl once, and it was still loaded with fish, toppings, and everything else. The inside is clean, spacious, and has plenty of seating, so it's a nice spot to sit down and enjoy your food instead of feeling cramped.

There have been times the staff seems high and blown out of their minds. Other times they are too busy chatting up with coworkers to acknowledge or provide even the basic decency of customer service. Then, more often than not you are treated almost as a bother. Due to the service here, I have stopped dining in and opt for calling a phone order to take out. On three separate occasions now, within the last 3 months, they have neglected the phones for orders. They would rather disconnect or turn off the phone completely to avoid any future orders. This comes as a surprise when in about 10 minutes of my first attempted call, I see a staff of four people, yet only one customer. I believe there was no excuse as to why they could not answer the phone. I confirmed they accept take out orders essentially until closing. I have always been mindful to not attempt to order within 30 minutes of them closing. The service here is appalling and truly diminishes their potential for how great the spot could be considering the food they have. Food on the other hand is a total opposite of the service, very flavorful and strong punch of spice at a level 3. My go to is the Wonton ramen with a miso base. Crispy rice is a great starter to share. The garlic ramen is also a great contender if you have a garlic craving. Open layout feels like a mom and pop shop. Overall pretty clean establishment. Occasional tweaker going in for the bathroom closer to the end of the night.

While the service was a bit of a rollercoaster, the quality of the fish definitely makes it worth a visit. The Food: Albacore Sashimi: This was the standout. The tangy flavor was a perfect complement to the fresh albacore. My only critique is that I wish it had a bit more of that delicious sauce! Spicy Tuna Mango Roll: A great balance of sweet and spicy--highly recommend. Crunch Dragon Roll: Another hit with excellent flavor. I'd definitely order this one again. Cajun Tuna Sashimi: This was the only letdown; it lacked the Cajun punch and felt more like standard tuna sashimi. The Service: This is where the experience dipped. We arrived at the peak of the busy hour and waited quite a while just to be greeted and seated. The kitchen seemed a bit chaotic--you could actually see the head chef and manager/owner arguing over workspace, which clearly slowed things down. Our server wasn't very attentive, and our final sashimi order took over 20 minutes to arrive. I'm giving them 4 stars because the food is high quality. I'll be back for the albacore, but I'll probably try to avoid the peak rush next time!

It's hard to find Indonesian places in the US, though luckily it's a bit more common in California. For ambiance, this is actually a place I prefer to get my food to go. It's a little busy on the weekends when I have time to go, and it's a bit of a tight squeeze inside. Think of like the inside of a gas station or 7/11 with some tables squeezed inside. Not my fave to sit in, but the food is pretty good. I've gotten the Nasi Goreng Ayam (chicken friend rice), Nasi Goreng Kambing (lamb fried rice), Risoles, and Soto Ayam Kuning. Chicken friend rice is def good, especially when you add some of the red sambal they give you (an asian spicy hot sauce), but not totally authentic with how they serve it Indonesian style. The gooeyness of the yolk mixed in the rice is part of what makes it so yummy. But still good the way they make it. Same for the lamb fried rice, but again still good. Just wish it had the over easy egg. Between the two, loved the chicken fried rice more than the lamb. The risoles could have been cooked longer, but I'm basing this off of my Oma's recipes, so maybe I'm being a little biased here. Still very good though - just a bit too wet (if that makes sense) when biting inside. The Soto Ayam Kuning was actually the best. Again, not exactly like my Oma's recipe so I'm a bit biased once again, but it was delicious in its own way. The mix of egg, vermicelli noodles, rice, friend onions, and veggies made it at least reminiscent of my Oma's recipe and it was delicious still even if it wasn't exactly like me Oma's (yes, I get that's a hard thing to reach to). Would def order again. Overall, love this place for some yummy Indonesian food to-go or via DoorDash. Ps. when I'm inside I always buy some Indonesian snacks in the "gas station side" of the restaurant like krupuk (shrimp crackers) and sambal.
