Never write reviews here but I felt compelled to this time because of the amazing manager of this location! I did not catch her name which I regret but she is AMAZING!!! I ordered a sushi burrito and some spam musubi. I didn't even realize the spam masubi's were missing until the manager called me and offered to deliver my missing item for no extra charge. She came and dropped off my order plus some cookies and a drink for no extra cost! Honestly, this goes above-and-beyond. I appreciate her so much she really made my day. I was so excited when I saw this place was new and just opened up on yelp. Sushi is like my favorite thing so I ordered online for pick up with the website that was listed here on yelp. I ordered two Sushi tacos and they were honestly amazing. Probably the best sushi I've eaten in Santa Clarita. I t was really easy to order online and pick up. I ordered the spicy tuna taco and it did not disappoint. It was actually pretty spicy compared to other spicy tuna items I've had at other places out here and it also came with a little salad that was absolutely delicious. The price was decent for the amount of food that I got. The tuna and salmon I got in the taco tasted so fresh and amazing. I've been to this place multiple times. The food is good. My only complaint is when placing an online order, they do not read the order correctly. I have had my order missing things or added something wrong multiple times. The staff is nice but it is a huge turn off when the owner is smoking right outside the front door. When the place first opened, the daughter was in there most of the time and she was WONDERFUL! I'll still probably come from time to time but not as often as I was. read more

Let me start with the food is good. I got a large plate. It is about $1.00 more than other places I've gone. I would say I was disappointed with the size of the fish. The quality of fish wasn't anything amazing, portions were small relative to other poke spots I've eaten at, and the prices were a little too much for what we got imo. I tried it today for the first time. Personally thought it was just ok. Nothing special. Fish didn't taste fresh. Rice was overcooked and clumpy, like it was old. The sauces were good but since they didn't put some of the sauces on the side like I had requested, it was too much. I really would have liked more of the wasabi cream but it was missing with everything else. The scoops of protein seem to be on the small side. Didn't feel a happiness from the employee who was there. Overall, I only went there today because I was craving poke but my usual place was closed today. I probably won't return since I have found a better option out here. I will say I did love the wasabi cream and wished I had more of it. read more

Nice and patient workers that took our large order. The poke was good but not outstanding, the fish was nicely seasoned but didn't taste as fresh. I liked the large variety of toppings and unique sauces they offered. I also tried the hot cheeto crumbs on top for the first time and surprisingly I liked that a lot and paired well with the rest of the bowl. This was not good poke. Rice is undercooked, shrimp is over cooked, crab tasted funky (best way to describe it)

Decided to try this place because my child wanted boba. I was looking at the menu and the food and couldn't resist. I was blown away by the selection and the taste. This place is not what I expected. It had been promising from the reviews but they're deceiving. The service was nice at first but once I arrived I had a total much higher than what was ordered. I didn't question it at first but once I went back home I rechecked the prices and saw I was overcharged. I called back and the person working stated they were the only ones there and that they were new. It struck me as odd that a new hire would be left alone on their own. She said she overcharged me an extra bowl and that her manager wasn't in but she could text her. She had me on hold for over 5 minutes and when she came back she said the manager hadn't replied but could call me tomorrow. She took my number and I waited. No response. So the next day I called at 3pm and the next cashier acted as if they had just been told this news. She said "oh I was just about to call you." I have worked in retail and food service so I know how difficult it could be but the communication and organization need to improve. The food was okay. The fish did not taste fresh and the ambience was okay but felt more like a dentist office than a nice sit down. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like to be overcharged and spoken to dismissively. They shouldn't leave one employee alone to handle all orders. It is unorganized and mishandled. Definitely spend your money elsewhere. I wouldn't trust the 4+ star reviews of this place. My refund matter still hasn't been handled and it's been over 2 days. read more

Round two was in person and a much better experience. Such kind people and service was great. My salad was perfect this round and we will definitely come again. My 6 year old enjoyed the burrito. The jalapeño sauce is yummy. Looking forward to tables inside so we could sit and eat when it's raining. There are lots of tables outside to enjoy when weather permits. read more
