I wish I can give NEGATIVE 5 stars. Worst service ever. Worst workers ever. Ordered a huckleberry latte which cost $7.02 after tax. The most dilute coffee I've ever had in my life. Zero flavor. Zero taste. Zero huckleberry vibe. If you want an extra EMPTY cup or WATER, it costs $$$. Terrible people. Terrible service. Terrible food. Wifi, coffee, sandwiches, and most importantly ice cream make this place in Ketchikan a must visit either as a resident or tourist. I stumbled upon this place while exploring. I knew I had to stop once I saw ice cream was involved since you couldn't get it on the princess cruise which is where our group came from. With about 30 min to spare before boarding for takeoff, I dipped in here for a scoop of huckleberry ice cream in a waffle cone. I knew I was in heaven after the first lick, it's smooth and creamy with some firmness and the flavor of huckleberry comes through. That flavor isn't back in D.C. so it was a treat in the AK. No sandwiches or coffee/espresso since I could get that on the ship but they look tasty and efficient. Stop in here and get your fix if you're here! read more

Lair. I brought my daughter in for ice cream. They said they are closed, which they are. I ask if there is another place that sells ice cream. They said no, they are the only one. My daughter was so disappointed. I wasn't going to give up. I asked a few locals and they said out let store sells ice cream. Not a large selection, but it was enough to put a smile on my daughter's face. She only 6 years old. read more

Very good coffee and Mexican hot chocolate. Cute and cozy little coffee shop with some interesting baked goods and some local goods to buy. Friendly people at the counter. Tucked inside a build up a few stairs it's easy to miss this place. We were told New York cafe is the best in town, but we didn't want to walk up there and I don't regret it. read more

Can't express my gratitude enough to the ladies running this shop. I was looking for a post office to mail a post card and stopped to ask them about it. They informed me that it closed about three years ago and maps were never updated. I must have seemed really sad because one of them started dumping out her purse to look for stamps. Lucky me. She had some! They directed me to a drop box and I was on my way. Luckily I had 20 minutes before my cruise left so on the way back my husband and I grabbed some cookies. It was the least we could do! Glad we did. They were down right delicious. Coconut. Dark chocolate. And coconut. Yumm! read more

I'm only writing a review for this place because the staff was UNBELIEVABLY kind and friendly. I wasn't impressed with anything here because nothing was madenin house other than the popcorn and I didn't have any but I was very happy with the staff. They took good care of my son who had just finished a cycle of chemo and had no hair at the time! I'm basically just thanking them with this cause any kindness rigjt now makes him feel good and that's all that matters! Thank you guys read more

This is my favorite place to get a coffee and/or a sandwich in all of Ketchikan! They are an awesomely quaint mom and pops sandwich/wrap/panini/ice cream/coffee shop. That's a funny way to describe it, but it works! It is in the heart of downtown Ketchikan right in the middle of all the bustle of summer tourism. It can be packed during peak hours (like everywhere in downtown Ketchikan during the summer) The crew there works non-stop in sometimes hectic situations, but even then the wait isn't long. If you frequent this shop and get to know the people that work there, they will make you feel like part of the family! Love the wraps! Love the paninis! Love the people!
