The owner basically walks in and just yells at everyone then had that unnecessary conversation and even calling the cops ‍. The store owner named paula also takes employees tips if registers are short on count which is very illegal and i don't know how they still haven't had anyone report this but here I am now exposing the owner. The owner also allowed her manager at the time named jay who was sleeping with a employee Kate happen for awhile until a Facebook post released by Kate's husband exposed the affair and now the store is being ran without any management and people do as they want in this store. I am a regular here and this is very very immature and as I'm aware Paula also owns the other 2 Dunkin's one being in Milford and matamoras. But if that's who my boss is I wouldn't want this person representing any franchise anywhere especially a huge franchise like Dunkin. Paula completely tarnished the name of dunkin in this store and goes to show she does not care about the franchise name or her employees because she doesn't even know how to manage anything.

It is more of a Tim Hortons express with more limited selection rather than a full size location you'd find in Canada or certain spots within the US. It's part of a gas station complex attached to a convenience store. The interiors are bright and well maintained, with plenty of seating and American theming (the bags give a nod to it as a Canadian chain with a maple leaf). Nostalgia usually brings me back to Tim Hortons, and I probably hadn't been to one in about 10 years. The mocha latte drink I ordered was merely average in taste, and had a few more hints of bitterness than I usually like in my caffeinated beverages. The Timbits (donut holes) were slightly more sugary than I remember (or maybe it's just me getting older), but the cinnamon and chocolate glazed ones I tried were otherwise decent. Service was a bit slow, but the employee that helped me was otherwise friendly and provided service with a smile. Overall, this Tim Hortons location is good for a quick pit stop off the highway, but otherwise average for its donut and drink offerings.

I learned that the owners met in Chile, where they were inspired to start a donut and coffee food truck. They sold their handcrafted donuts from a vintage VW bus on the streets of Santiago before eventually bringing their passion to Pennsylvania. Today, they have two locations, and I had the pleasure of visiting the Jim Thorpe shop. The storefront is charming, welcoming, and has a few seats where you can relax and enjoy your treats with a fresh cup of coffee. Best of all, everything is made fresh on-site. Their display case is filled with an impressive selection of classic and specialty donuts, along with colorful macarons, French toast cinnamon rolls, flaky croissants, and a full lineup of coffee drinks ranging from lattes to iced coffees. Honestly...wow! Deciding what to order wasn't easy. Since it was already midday, I kept it simple and went with a Boston Cream donut. It was incredibly fresh, light, and filled with rich, creamy custard, then topped with a smooth layer of chocolate. Absolutely delicious! A special shout-out to Sarah, who made the visit even better.
