Freshly baked; tasty and plenty of options! friendly and warm customer service at this woman owned business! Glass counter invites you to make a selection. We Enjoyed the buffalo chicken and chicken pot pie empanada. The Carrot pound cake was so good; we got a slice to go and added a lemon pound cake!

Emilia's has the most unique variety of tasty treats for miles. Accompanied with super friendly service and an aroma of deliciousness, they make my day ever time I come here. Definitely try their flourless chocolate cake and brisket empanadas

Emilia's Bakehouse Cafe is located right on the east side of the Walt Whitman Rd. A bit south of the WW Mall. Very nice single use store so easy peasy parking and a few outdoor tables. Grab a tea or coffee - and any of their many home made bakery items. Croissants, a few varieties- muffins- lots to try. Super friendly staff. Many of their items are made fresh daily some out of their main Northport location. Likely how they have such a nice selection so easily. Everything was delicious that we tried. A perfect place to stop to bring something - especially when early in the morning or day. They open at 7 am. A pleasant surprise to finally find and try here.

This place is easy to miss, but make sure you stop. It is on the east side of Route 110 a little bit north of Northern State Parkway. They have delicious, baked goods, cake, pops, protein muffins, and lattes. The cakes looked delicious and everything was very fresh. We did not try, but they do sell empanadas, which seemed to be very popular.

I always want to try this place when I go past it and today I decided to make a stop. We tried 4 empanadas (Beef + Chorizo, Breakfast, Braised Brisket, Spinach) and wow were they amazing. They all had so much flavor and the worker was incredibly kind and warmed up the ones that were made earlier in the day. The beef and chorizo had olives in it which surprised me and added such a unique flavor profile with the meats and spices. The breakfast was not my personal favorite, but only because I am not a huge breakfast wrap person. My boyfriend, who very much is, absolutely loved it. We waited for a new batch of Brisket to come out and I was amazed by how juicy and tender it was, definitely worth waiting. The spinach was as expected and I was incredibly satisfied, definitely seasoned well and didn't taste bland like spinach dishes can. We had also tried a chocolate cigar and pretzel croissant. The chocolate cigar was very flakey and reminded me of a chocolate cinnamon babka. The pretzel croissant was perfectly flakey and a great mix between a pretzel and croissant. They have coffee and tea as well if you like to enjoy that with pastries. The establishment was very cute and quaint and the worker was amazing and so sweet. I will absolutely be back and I am interested in trying the one in Northport.

This little bakehouse is phenomenal! The empanadas are cooked to perfection as were the pretzel croissants. They are so unique and delicious that I simply must go back for more!

The lemon tart was quiet nice. It was a good balance of tart, sour and sweet. I like the marshmallow fluff that was toasted on top of it. I wanted a funfetti cake and the one they had readily available had lovely sunflowers on it. The woman working was so sweet and put some writing on the cake for me. The 6" cake was about $50 dollars which seemed a bit high, but I think its pretty standard for a bakery. The cake itself was very moist and absolutely delicious and I would give it an A+. The cake I purchased for her birthday from another local bakery last year was really dry, so I was pleasantly surprised by this cake. The buttercream frosting was where I felt the cake fell a bit short. It tasted like pure unsalted butter and had almost no sweetness to it, so we ended up just eating the cake center and leaving the frosting. Unfortunate for an expensive cake but based on the other reviews I'm wondering if it was just a one time error. I don't think I would get another cake from there, but the rest of the baked goods and empanadas looked awesome so I will definitely be bake to try those!

While I don't always expect an overly cheerful greeting, the service was very plain and lacked a smile. Even when I mentioned it was my first time, the staff seemed indifferent. I ordered an egg and cheddar cheese biscuit and a small coffee with sugar-free French vanilla and almond milk, which came to $15. I also picked up two mini pies for $14. The breakfast sandwich was okay, but for the price, I expected more cheese and a bit more flavor. However, the mini pastries were absolutely delicious! I would 100% come back just for those. The store itself was very clean.
