My friend has an allergy, and she said they could accommodate this HOWEVER 10 minutes after leaving my friend had an allergic reaction almost killing her and she also ended up in the hospital. I immediately contacted DoorDash, and they advised me to reach out directly to the restaurant to try to resolve the issue. I contacted the restaurant, explained the situation, and expected at least some basic assistance or empathy. Instead, I was simply told that they couldn't do anything to help me. I was on my lunch break and had already waited two hours for my food. To finally receive the wrong order and then be told, essentially, "we can't do anything, good luck," was incredibly frustrating. What bothered me most was the complete lack of customer service, remorse, or empathy. Mistakes happen -- I understand that. But how a business handles a mistake says a lot about the business. In this case, there was absolutely no effort made to make the situation right, assist with a replacement, or help me obtain a reimbursement. I spent $50, waited two hours, received someone else's food, and was essentially left on my own to deal with the problem. I will never order from this restaurant again.
