This was my second time trying this nail salon. Both times I got a pedicure and a full set acrylic nails. I have liked my pedicure both times but for the nails I have been extremely disappointed. The nails are thick and bulky. This time I asked for a design and they very confidently said they could do it. The design was not done well. I had to ask her if it would be possible to do it differently so it would look a little better. After that I got an attitude from the stylist. after my nails finished curing under the light, I had to ask her to clean up the rough edges on the sides again. Finally I decided to just pay and leave because there was no way to make that better. Overall very disappointed and won't be returning. If they're going to charge a higher price than other places, then their work needs to reflect that. read more

I have gotten my nails done here multiple times and liked them. I don't come too often but when I do I just get simple gel with chrome on top, however, I am getting married soon so I wanted to do a nail trial prior to that with a certain color (I'll insert picture of what I wanted). It was a French ombré with a nude base and very subtle white chrome on top. When I made the appointment, I made it for a gel manicure not knowing you could not do ombré with gel. When I arrived at my nail appt, I got assigned my nail tech (Andy) and showed him what I wanted. He informed me you can not do that with gel only dip, so I asked for dip then. He said nothing to me, continued getting my old gel off my nails, and then went to the back. After he got all my gel off he asked to see the picture of what I wanted again. I showed him and after some back and forth (almost arguing with me over the picture) he said he can't do it and told me to pick a color. At this point, I was annoyed because I really wanted this certain nail color done for my wedding. After he pushed back my cuticles I decided I did not want to just pick a color. I told Andy I wanted to leave and he did not need to do anything more to nails (he did not even cut or shape them). I told him to charge me for what he had already done. He then said nothing to me, walked off, and rang me up. It cost me $40 to get an "essential mani" (that was a stretch for what I received), gel removal, and a "take off" fee (I only left because he refused the service I wanted). He still never said a word as I was paying. Overall, I have had good experiences here but this event today left a bad taste in my mouth. The nail tech I used today was rude and not willing to give me what I asked for, offer solutions, or any explanation as to why he could not do my desired nail color. I do not recommend him at all. I do NOT recommend this place. I had a pedicure and the service i selected from the menu was $35. But when I checked out I was informed it was 55$! the menu service $35 but to sit in the chair was $20 that was a surprise. I went in at 3 o'clock. They closed at 5 and they were literally cleaning everything right around me. I thought they might wipe me down! The room filled with chemicals. It was not a pleasant experience. This was not a relaxing pedicure and it definitely not worth $55. read more

Save your money and make your appointment for your Mani Pedi at another location, because this place falls short in every possible way of delivering a good customer experience. From the attitudes we were met with when we walked in, to the absolutely below acceptable level of quality in a half-hearted attempt to do a pedicure and manicure. The staff is more interested in walking around and visiting and checking social media than they are in customer service. The gentleman upfront who appeared to be in charge, is paying no attention to what the staff is doing. Further, as we watched them clean the bowls where you put your feet, it was evident that there was no effort to do a proper cleaning of the bowl. If you value your health, you value your money, and you value a quality manicure/pedicure experience, find another place. We will not go back. We also were up charge for a service that was not provided, and when we inquired about it they acted as if they did not understand. I was truly hoping to like this place because it is super close to where I live, but the first turn off is that the people are not very friendly. Secondly, I was in there for a pedicure and manicure and the girl who I assume is the owner because she had her kids there and seemed to be the boss was talking with another customer about a client who had just walked out and gossiping in front of the whole shop. Granted, the owner of the salon, did not initiate the conversation about the other customer, but the whole shop got to hear about the girl who lived in her subdivision and all about her life and very inappropriate things to be discussing in front of a whole shop of people, Especially about someone who literally just paid you money for a service. I asked for these nails and got the Walmart version. I had a cut on my thumb and told the staff to be careful it was hit with the grinder multiple time, squeezed, stabbed, etc. Then I got charged extra for "speciality" design even though it looked like trash. I'm not sure if this place was exceptionally clean at some point but I did not find it to be very clean at all. The Emory board that was used for my pedicure today had been used before and possibly the scrub thing she used for my heels. The instruments that were used to treat my cuticles came out of a sanitized bag but not much else was. When she was done using a buffing type machine on my heels, she used a towel to wipe it off and placed it back in the area where others could use it. $38 for a hot stone pedicure isn't a bad price but the question of whether or not things are sanitary is enough for me to not return. The hot stone massage was less than two minutes long which is short compared to other nail salons I've been to where this service is offered. Entire $38 pedicure took 20 minutes. Definitely not worth paying $8 for hot stones and hot towel. What a joke! read more

I was there for a pedicure appointment with my daughter. They asked if we wanted our nails done and we said no at first. My daughter must have thought about it and asked if she could have her nails painted too about half way through the pedicure. Nothing added to it, no fake nails, no gel, no manicure, just have polish put on her nails which would have taking them literally five minutes. They refused to do it because we didn't "mention it before they started the pedicure." I told them that she didn't realize she wanted them done until she already started the pedicure but they still refused to paint her nails. Horrible service - I will not be back. Just moved close by tried it out and the service was pretty bad they gave attitude every time someone walked it. And the guy who did my nails didn't do enough coats of dip. 2 of my nails chipped then one broke within a week. & they are my real nails. Nail time is supposed to be relaxing right? read more
