The environment seemed pretty authentic to me. If you like to eat sausages, you need to shop here. My Polish coworker recommended you buy the fresh sausages behind the window display and not the prepacked sausages in the fridge. I bought the forest sausage and it tasted undisputed and non-greasy when cooked on the stove. The staff appeared welcoming here. They have a variety of European snacks. I'm looking forward to trying out the infamous pierogi with meat.

Cool store little overpriced. Got a lot of cool foods that you can't find at your local HEB or wholefoods not even Trader joes. Nice little old lady worked in there super humble and friendly.

    Kabanosy! Dried sausage.

Unbelievable I go there once In a while and buy meats. Every time I buy the meats is bad or goes bad in a day or two! This is recent example went for kabanosy on Saturday October 2 Got back home and opened the meat and immediately saw mold on it and they were super slimy and stinking like and old rag. The sausages ended up in a garbage. Beware !

They sell overdue products!! This is not first time when I buy something and It was 2-3 months too old!!! Seller are rude and unhelpful. It is huge problem for them to say 'dzień dobry or do widzenia''. If I ask about help every time they answer 'I don't know' I love polish food but this atmosphere is unacceptable... I'm very disappointed

Awesome selection of polish smoked meats

I mean my pocket book is probably better for it because I want to buy the whole store but honestly I've been missing out. The place is cute and welcoming from the corner sign on the building to the moment you step in- bright, inviting, great displays so you know where to go. You can't get lost in here with the signage, but you can't definitely get lost in the aisles with all the great, unique choices. The ready food display has so many Mediterranean treats, some I've had before some I've never heard of and everything I tried was amazing. We got the cabbage rolls and Armenian veggie dolmas. Great flavor, both specific items I haven't had before. Nice citrus, spiced flavor to these. I'd say they're have to try items. Not only found jarred tomato paste, which I've been on the hunt for but they had choices in this category and that's another first for me. Will have to go back and try the others. Also got the cured Serrano ham -amazing. And I thought the prices were going to be insane having a spot right in the middle of the city and nope- pleasantly surprised for my goodies, great prices even less than some of the other stores I frequent in the suburbs. I'll be back again and again and again until I try the whole store lol. Definitely give them a try, you won't regret it

I am so glad that I came because I got to see, for myself, how popular this place is for the food they serve. The line is so long and consistently long. They're not really just known for their meat market and food products they are known for their food line I tried a little posole, rice, beans, chicken guisado, and Carnitas tacos. I even got some Carnitas and Chicharron. I always recommend Chicharron if you have to have some kind of crunch and you like pork rinds. This is the best pork rinds you'll ever have. I have to say the chicken guisado was my favorite. Please note everything is fresh. They had fresh homemade corn tortillas . Not everyone has that! They have an amazing selection of drinks. I didn't even know what to choose from. So many different flavor is in Mexican soda and when I say Mexican sodas, they're actually imported from Mexico so they taste just like Mexico. Even though the line is consistently long, it moves pretty fast. I legit saw so many people take big orders to-go as if they were having a party and this was just on a Sunday morning. I didn't have it today, but on another day, my husband brought me a chili relleno from here and it was the best chili relleno I've ever had. They don't have it every day but if you're there on a day they have it please try. It is so delicious and it's huge! The cool knows what she is doing. The store is clean, hello constantly stocked up, very colorful as the layout is organized. Your butcher lady is very knowledgeable. You can ask her anything about any meat and she knows it all. Trust me, we tested it. Come try out the food!

The guy in front of me knew what he was doing and it was obvious he had been there before, so I followed his lead and got myself a lengua Taco and a Chicharron taco both on corn tortillas with cilantro and onions. Both tacos were excellent and the corn tortilla was super soft and yummy. They had places to sit down and enjoy your meal with salsas at the tables and counters. I gobbled mine down too quick to take a picture but I'm definitely heading back to try their other tacos and definitely will get the chicharron and lengua again. Service was fast and friendly. It took less than 15 minutes from start to finish... Next time I'm going to slow down and enjoy myself.

Houston Flea Market is the definition of "you get what you pay for." It's overcrowded, disorganized, and feels like a maze of the same vendors selling the same cheap imported products over and over. The aisles can be dirty, parking is chaotic, and customer service varies wildly depending on who you're dealing with. Prices aren't always the bargain you'd expect either--many sellers charge close to retail unless you're willing to haggle. The food is one of the better parts, but it isn't enough to make up for the overall experience. If you're hoping to find unique antiques or hidden treasures, you'll probably leave disappointed after digging through piles of low-quality merchandise. They do have a rewards point system which I was glad I signed up for because I knew I wanted to come back and now I've been there maybe five times already and I've ordered: Tiramisu latte iced decaf - absolutely delicious, not too sweet. There is a layer or whipped cream topped with a cookie and cocoa powder. Love!!! Highly recommend. I will say it is quite heavy but I love it. Caprese panini - I asked for focaccia bread, kind of average- nothing too special. Pistachio latte decaf - when I ordered this I think the front desk staff got confused and gave my pistachio nut milk, instead of with pistachio syrup. So when I took a sip it was good but not sweet enough for me. I went back and they actually added pistachios syrup - no questions asked, no complaints. It was delicious. This place doesn't just have coffee and bakery items- it's a store with things imported from Italy. From pasta sauce to cookies, there is also alcohol infused gelato which blew my mind. Unfortunately for me I come here during my work hours to grab coffee so didn't seem appropriate to grab alcoholic gelato but I want go again!! For example, with the Turkish delights and ice cream selections, only a few items are labeled. For most of them, you have to guess the flavor or ingredients. This can be especially frustrating for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. In the U.S., I would expect all flavors and ingredients to be clearly labeled so customers can make informed choices. Even if staff members are not fluent in English, having accurate labels for flavors and ingredients would greatly improve the customer experience. The desserts themselves are excellent, but better product labeling would make the experience much more enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
