I called the number provided, and let me just say--it was incredibly refreshing to experience such genuine care and customer support. I made an appointment, and it was absolutely worth the money. Between the top-notch customer service and the attention to detail, this was hands down the best car wash I've ever had. Ruben is respectful, kind, and patient--truly a professional. After inspecting my car, which was pretty dirty on the outside but still somewhat clean inside, with dirty mats and doors from a recent rainy camping trip, he recommended a deeper clean car wash instead of a full detail and adjusted the price accordingly. When I picked up my car, it looked shiny and clean, just like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. Even the lingering campfire smell was gone. I talked to Joab in the morning when I took my truck, he said they could totally work some magic. They 100% impressed me when I returned at end of day. My truck looks like new and I've never detailed any vehicle like this. They made all the trim look magically new, the bummer looks like replaced it b/c it looked new. I didn't really realize they would detail the INSIDE too. The leather interior never looked this good, maybe the day I bought it 10 years ago. In the past, I've paid extra at other places for inside detailing, but they came nowhere close to this job from PPD. The saying is true... you get what you pay for. I appreciated that he asked me to do a walk around for any spots that were missed. Just ONE thing: they forgot 2 of my car mats (one in their mobile and the other just chilling on the road).
