When the tech messed up and we asked him to fix his mistakes (since he did not do what we asked) he got mad and was very rude to my gf. He also was unable to do the design that we requested, but tried anyways and it turned out like this (see labeled pictures below). "Show me the picture of the design" "Go wash your hands now" "stop moving your hands". Nail spa service is a luxury and is supposed to be fun, this nail tech took all that away. At the end when I went to pay, he had the audacity to smile and asked me for a tip. Of course I declined (never ask for a tip, if you did a good job and earned a tip, I will give you one). He then seemed angry/upset when I said no to a tip. He made a face and said "Oh! Ok." As if he was mad that I didn't tip him for the very poor job he did. A service business like this who is rude to their customers and cannot follow instructions will not be open much longer...regardless of how long they have been in business. On Thursday, I noticed that 4 nails had chipped and one nail had broken. Upon noticing this, I called the salon and let them know that I will be stopping in after my vacation to get my nails fixed. I went in today, and the owner was extremely rude. Said I could only get one nail fixed and that I had to figure out the color all by myself when there was several nails that had chipped. I had taken several pictures with time stamps to show to the woman, though she was very unhelpful and outright rude. I had gone to this place several times, though from this experience I would not recommend going to this place at all and would go back to Elegant Nails, who ultimately properly fixed my gel manicure.
