If you don't wanna waste your time, don't come here. I called at 10:30am to book a pedicure at 2pm and they confirmed my appointment. When i came in, they looked confused and asked if I had an appointment, i told them i did so i was told i would have to wait 15 minutes. 30 minutes flew by, and it soon turned into 40. There were still other clients with appointments to be seen so I decided to stop wasting my time and leave. They overbooked for the 3 staff they had working. Yeah she worked fast and it looked good at first but not worth it. I came in for a $31 gel pedicure. The price was fair, but the service felt rushed since there were only 3 techs for 5 clients. I waited about 30 minutes, which I understand as a walk-in, but once started, the pedicure itself was uncomfortable. The electric file was painful on my nail beds, and the cuticle work felt harsh. The polish was applied quickly--two coats with little attention to detail--and by the time I could see the results, the top coat had already been sealed. The finish ended up uneven and lumpy, and my cuticles are still sore. Unfortunately, this wasn't the relaxing, polished experience I was hoping for. read more

Probably will never come back ever again. My gel manicure was definitely rushed through, it was like 15 mins in total-- I felt like they rushed it. I also got my pedicure and I kept asking to please shape my toenails square and she kept making it more round... over all this experience was traumatizing because I heard her saying "omg" in Vietnamese after I kept asking her. We came at 2:30 on a Saturday for 2 pedicures, which we called 45 minutes prior to confirm that it was a good time to go. When we got there we were seated right away in the chairs but had to wait as the nail techs were servicing other customers, totally fine. However when it was our turn, we weren't offered any of the pedicure packages and they rushed the service because other people were waiting. There's another nail salon in Anaheim that does not rush regardless of people waiting and always offers all package options. Additionally, my biggest concern is that the nail tools they used weren't in the sanitized blue wrap as it should be. $40 for a gel pedicure and $22 for a regular pedicure. Not worth it in my opinion as we each only got a 4 min massage (I timed it) Only giving the two stars because the lady seems nice. read more

I love this place! They always have specials, which makes it so affordable! They're also very quick and efficient. They cater to your personal preferences and listen. The only downside I would say is the loud music and the fact that it's not a very relaxing experience. But that's because they get you out of there within 1-1.5 hours. I would rather be done quickly! Their speed definitely doesn't take away from their quality in shape and painting without streaks, gaps, unevenness. read more

I came Sunday morning right at opening for a basic gel pedicure. The person who greeted was nice at first but I also heard her say rude things about her customer. I would not recommend this place as they talk badly about customers in Vietnamese. The nail tech I got complained that my legs were too big and she would have to work harder to massage them. Then she overfilled the basin of water, blamed my "big legs" for making it overflow, and the water got all over my sandals. If I could give them 0 stars, I would just for her body shaming comments. Teach your staff some lessons about manners especially Anna. This was my first time here and I won't be coming back. read more

The staff is very nice, their prices are so good and I have absolutely no critiques on this place. The service was quick but the man who did my nails didn't clean them or clip any of the cuticles or hang nails from my nails. So I do want to begin by saying that I have been coming to get my nails done here for almost 2 years. All of the nail techs do really nice work, and are very sweet, this review has nothing to do with their abilities. That said, I don't make appointments, I'm generally fine waiting. Normally the wait is like 20-30 minutes max, but today I waited for 45 minutes and 4 people who came in after me were taken back before me. This was kind of strange but I was fine because I thought they might have had appointments. But they didn't, the man at the reception desk told me that I was first in line and he was just sitting them back there, and just wait five more minutes. At this point I wasn't really in the mood to get my nails done anymore. I was standing up to leave, I said "thank you, but I'm going to leave." And the man at the front desk started getting really close to me, and said repeatedly that I was first in line. He was insistent, and followed me to the front door. I was on the verge of tears and wanted to leave but didn't because I didn't want to make a scene. I ended up getting my nails done, they look beautiful. But the whole experience made me very anxious. I completely understand that this a small business, and they don't want to lose customers. But this is not the way to keep customers. read more

Glad I stumbled upon this nail salon. My usual go to nail salon in this part of town was too busy to take me in last minute. So, I found this new place out of desperation because all my nails broke on my right hand (from a different nail salon) after 1 week. Anyway, when came, Tommy accommodated me right away, he quickly removed the top layer of gel nail polish on my acrylics, salvaged my left hand just did a fill. He did a GREAT job with adding acrylics to my right hand. Felt sturdy, in comparison to the previous salon i had them done. After he shaped and filed, his wife, Yin, finished my nails off with the design. And WOW, she did a great job. I showed her my concept & she delivered. Had good conversations with them the too. Professional work and great customer service. They're fairly new establishment, so theres not a lot of reviews yer. But I HIGHLY recommend this place and ask for Yin to do your designs. read more

And my appointment was on Wednesday at 5.30 pm however the service started almost at 6pm. They should state that when people actually go using a coupon. I was charged $105 $60 for gel x $40 for pedicure However I took a pedicure for $25 basic and added $15 gel on top of that. What was the extra $5 for?
