This was usually my go to spot for getting my gel x. I went in today and waited for about 15 mins. I showed the guy what I wanted and so far everything was going good. Then 2 more customer showed up who missed their appointment and the guy started rushing on my nails...they look okay from inside the shop, but looking at it closely the application is so messy and there's smudges on my cateye. Really disappointed. The salon was also so uncomfortably hot.

I had an amazing experience here!! For $65 and 45 minutes I received the perfect french tip gel x nails. The lady who did it was incredibly on point and followed every direction I asked very efficiently. I wish I remembered her name but I am definitely coming back!

This is my go-to nail salon! The prices are very reasonable, which is why I don't mind making the drive out here. Yen is my go-to nail tech and she's amazing and always gets my nails done within 30 minutes. I've never had any issues with her work. I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. Highly recommend!

I'm honestly so disappointed with my experience here. I came in really looking forward to getting a gel builder manicure, but the service I received felt rushed and careless from the start. The technician barely paid attention to what he was doing, and when he said my nails were "finished," I immediately noticed that the sides of several nails weren't even covered with polish. It was disheartening to point it out and have him simply buff the surface and add one quick coat instead of actually fixing the issue. What upset me even more was that just three days later, the gel on my right thumb peeled off completely in one piece. After spending money and trusting a professional, this was extremely frustrating and honestly made me feel like my time and expectations didn't matter. I left feeling let down, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I came in as a walk in when the shop had techs without customers and yet when the lady started on my dip she was very rushed and like another review said, minimal prep... dip in less than 30 mins. Okay efficiency but the quality didn't follow. Didn't even realize she was done, until she got up and left. I looked at my nails and told her it doesn't look right on the edges (lack of filing and uneven dip technique), she then came over and filed one nail of many and said it'll wash off. Waited a few days, It didn't... I liked my gel pedi, short service compared to other salons but his work was great. Maybe you'll have a better experience but I will not be back.

I've come here twice now for their amazing gelx prices. Compared to other places, the quality and swiftness of the service exceeds everywhere else. I've only gotten simple designs so far, and from my experience, it only takes max 40 minutes for them to be done. The only downside is that there's no extensive cuticle prep, but I personally don't mind considering how quick and efficient they are. My sets have lasted for up to 4 weeks, with little to no lifting! The nails are quite strong and sturdy as well. Definitely check them out if you can, because it's worth it. Make sure to have an appointment so they can prioritize you because they get quite a lot of walk-ins.

I decided to try this nail salon because it had great reviews and nice photos online, but my experience was very different. The location is next to a smoke shop, and when I first walked in, there was an unpleasant smell...almost like urine or an old nursing home. The atmosphere didn't feel clean or welcoming. My nail tech rushed through the service instead of taking the time to do it right. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. On a good note: They did have the most comfortable chairs I've experienced in a nail salon.

I was looking for a decent priced nail salon before going on vacation. I found this place as a sponsored ad on Yelp and also went to their instagram page. I saw they offer a happy hour - $45 gel x set with one color and a $30 gel pedicure! Such a steal with how priced all other salons are. It was $10 extra for the ombré on the hands and $5 extra for the french tip on the toes. I was way more willing to pay the extra and tip more with the cost being where it was. The girl who did my pedicure was so precise and did one of the best jobs I've had in 10 years. The guy who did my nails did well, a little rough at times. My nails have stayed well and no issues with the paint or integrity of the Gel X. I liked the vibe of the place - mellow and used their TV for music instead of cable with subtitles on.

This photo or there ad stated 25% off and says need to check in. However when the nail process was done I was advised only Monday to Friday before 5pm. And my appointment was on Wednesday at 5.30 pm however the service started almost at 6pm. They should state that when people actually go using a coupon. I was charged $105 $60 for gel x $40 for pedicure However I took a pedicure for $25 basic and added $15 gel on top of that. What was the extra $5 for? Since they said machine not working for credit card and no receipt was issued. read more

Just moved to the OC area and was looking for a new nail salon but I get very hesitant with trying new places because I am very particular with my nails. Saw this place had good reviews on Yelp and decided to try. The staff is very friendly and make great conversation. I have no idea how this place has such great reviews. I immediately regretted walking in there. There was only 1 other person receiving services on a Saturday mid day and there were 3 nail techs. As I sat in the pedicure chair this is what I saw. I couldn't think of an excuse to walk out. I literally prayed the entire time I sat there that I wouldn't get some type of fungus. The more I looked around the more I wished I would have just been rude and said "sorry but I can't get my nails done here" and left. My basic manicure and pedicure were okay. The polish on my pedicure was like something my husband would have done. I am giving This place one star because the techs were friendly. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

I came upon this place through Yelp research. I made an appointment and when we came, the nail salon was empty. A technician came over to assist us. I told the male technician that we wanted manicure only and showed him what we wanted - a blk/red ombré gel polish. The black polish is on the top then red nail polish at the bottom. The technician provided good customer service until we noticed that he did the color opppsite. We didn't say anything since he already finished the manicure. When it was time to pay, I asked him about the coupon, from which he applied to my fee after speaking with manager. When I handed him my credit card, he informed me that their coupon only applies for cash paying customer. He then told me that they have an atm machine where I can withdraw some cash. (I was appalled). I informed him that it was never stated from their Yelp business ad that coupons and any other discounted promotion(s) only applies with cash payments only. He spoke with his manager, who was really not nice and I found it unprofessional telling me that next time, I have to pay cash to take advantage of their discounts and/or promotions, but that they will make an exemption and will accept my form of payment at this time. She also sounded upset. Let's just say their unprofessionalism left a sour taste on my mouth. We were not even satisfied with their quality of work. What a disappointment. I will never be coming back here and dare will I ever recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more

The price for a simple Pedi was one price, which does not include the following: you need to pay extra to have your nail polish removed if it is Gel colored. Plus you have to pay extra for getting your nails polished (Gel of course because that is all they suggest). Plus the tip. Your sure to spend close to 100 if you decide to upgrade your Pedi or even get the callous remover or a simple design. Too expensive for my taste. read more

Who knew leaving an honest review would cause such an issue.. This salon offered me a refund for the gel x service but then demanded I remove my review or they will report the Zelle transaction as a scam. They have contacted me via Yelp and via text message. If you like this salon, that's great. I'm not here to change your mind. My review is honest and for this business to ask me to remove it and threaten that they'll contact my bank is highly unethical. Proceed with caution, but to each their own. I feel for small businesses, so I wish them the best! read more

Really had high hopes after seeing all these high reviews but had a different experience. Service was fine and it was quick but after leaving and actually taking a look at my nails, it looks like it was a rush job. I got gelx and the gel is completely flooded and all around my cuticles. Paint job also looks rushed. One of my nails broke the day after but I chose to not go back because of how bad my nails looked. Paid $130 + 20 for tip for gelx and gel toes which is pretty standard anywhere I go but my nails are always on point. I've never had this happen to me anywhere else I go. read more

I called beforehand to ensure they take credit/debit card. She let me know they do on the phone. I come in as a walk in for a pedicure. They tried to use used dirty tools. Total for basic pedicure with gel $40 , another $5 for French tip. I walk up to pay and they say no card, cash only. I let them know I do not have cash and I called to asked for that reason. They offer Apple Pay and it's another $2 to use. To pay with Apple Pay, you have to hand them your phone and they will tap for you on their machine sitting on the ground hiding under the front desk. A very poor experience. read more

(I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

I initially started going to this nail salon because of a young lady who I believe might be the business owner. She is incredibly talented, professional, and a true artist when it comes to nail design. She did my nails twice, delivering exceptional results with stunning designs and a flawless finish. She works quickly without compromising quality, and her skills are easily 5-star worthy. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. While the young lady is often booked and busy, the other technicians who have worked on my nails have consistently delivered subpar results. On two occasions, my nails were so poorly done that they had to clean up and redo them entirely. It became frustrating and disappointing, to the point where I eventually stopped going after losing my nails to their unprofessional work. The salon itself isn't particularly clean or modern. It's evident that they don't clean thoroughly after each customer. You have to remind them to open new packages in front of you, and worse, they reuse the same drills on everyone, which is concerning and unsanitary. While I kept returning because of the exceptional work of the young lady, my last visit was the final straw. She was busy, and although she saw how uneven and poorly done my nails were, she didn't step in to fix them as she had done before. Whether she didn't have the time or simply didn't care that day, it left me feeling let down. If you decide to visit this salon, make sure to book an appointment specifically with her. She is the only reason I ever went there, and her work is truly outstanding, but beware of the rest of the staff and the salon's hygiene practices. read more

External distractions and drama in the parking lot seemed to divert the staff's attention, but as a customer, I find this doesn't excuse the apparent lack of service. Really disappointed with my outcome I found this place on Yelp and the photos were that made me decide to come here When I arrived there was no one there and i was helped right away. I was looking for a new nail salon and had called to see if they were busy and the lady said no, so I went in. She was nice, the place is pretty, but I ended up realizing she squeezed me in before her 4pm appointment arrived. (Because she later arrived and she waited like an extra 15mins herself) She did a very cheap set in under 20 mins. The acrylic base was SO thin! She also painted them quick and in natural light you were able to see how uneven the color was applied. Unfortunately, I didn't walk out happy and I will not be returning. Also, I'm not sure if it's the man who works here doing all the pretty nails in most of the the pictures, but the younger lady was the one who did mine. Finally, a place where a Polish girl can go and get her game on! To say this was the experience of a lifetime would be an achievement of epic proportions, not to be taken lightly. During my most recent visit, I turned on Google Translate and heard a staff member making derogatory comments about my appearance in their language. Specifically, they said that "all this skin could be be made as pork grinds." Hearing this as a customer was shocking, offensive, and deeply inappropriate. No customer should ever be spoken about this way, regardless of language. It created a very uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. In addition to this, this is not the first issue I have had here. On a prior visit, I was almost overcharged and only after asking to see the receipt did the staff suddenly realize the total was incorrect and said it had been a mistake. During this same recent visit, when I tried to pay using Zelle or Venmo, I used the exact phone number that was posted on their payment sign. I was told the number was wrong and that the payment had not been received. Only after I showed my confirmation screen and pointed out that I used their posted number did the staff say it was fine. Taken together, the derogatory comments, attempted overcharging, and confusing payment handling show a pattern of unprofessional and concerning behavior. This experience crossed several lines, and I will not be returning. This raises concerns how many other customers may have been overcharged in these cases. This is clearly a pattern of behavior, not a one-time mistake, and I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

It's always difficult finding a place that can do Gel-X with a short almond ombré look, but Chi absolutely nailed it. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back. The polish is so bad, it's making my real nails break off completely and they aren't even that long. The nail tech had a really bad attitude when I asked her to fix something. She cut my toenails crooked. She was blaming me for moving. Untrue She got a big tip but was so rude and declined it and said I don't want it. Huge attitude and the business owner has no idea how to run the business. With how poorly it's running, it won't last long until things change. Not coming back here again.
