The nail technicians are really nice and professional. The level of service I get is consistent across both locations (Decatur & Brookhaven). I visited the Brookhaven location several times. It's one of my favorite nail shops in Atlanta. I was pleasantly surprised when while at the Decatur location I looked at the brochure and seen they own the Brookhaven location as well.

I've been here 4 times, Only been satisfied once. There's 2 lady's that do a good job. If you want a very basic manicure sure it's fine, but don't expect anything else. I'm not coming here anymore. This time the guy was getting visibly frustrated with me asking him to fix all this sloppy gel then he just quit and had another lady come fix his mess. I'm still somewhat dissatisfied, there's cured gel on my skin, fibers and bubbles in the base coat, a very lumpy nail. For $170+ and 3 hours it's not worth it. I'm gonna go home and soak this whole mess off, the more I look at it the more I hate it.

Gel manicure peeled off after about ten days :(

I want to give this salon a positive review because the employees there are very friendly and attentive. However, after my third or fourth time coming here (mostly in wanting to support the business), I have to say that the quality of the outcome is not on par with the service. Every time I have gone to have a gel manicure done, at least one of the nails peels off. I dismissed it at first, but this time around, my gel manicure lasted *just* over a week-- definitely not even two weeks, maybe ten days. The photos below show the gel manicure on almost four fingers peeled off after this short period.

Cuts from nail file.... it really hurt!

Every time I come here they file not only my nails, but also my skin off!! I WILL NEVER RETURN! Gave them a few chances and every time I had these same scabs and cuts that really hurt on my toes along cuticle line. I won't put my toes at risk anymore. Doesn't matter who is doing your nails so don't bother going here! I warned you. After she cleaned up my blood from cutting me, I noticed she left a bloody cotton ball on the ground and then kept touching the tip of a bottle to my skin on the same nail she just made bleed....

They tried to fix the mess & I appreciate that but it wouldn't have needed to be fixed if it was done correctly. They discounted my service because I got a very messy Dip powder, my finger was cut and tried to blame it on the dark color I got. We all know the color is never really the problem.

Unfortunately, this was my first time here and will be my last. I got a gel manicure and it was a mess - the gel didn't even fully reach the cuticles of my nail and started peeling up within two days! Typically gel lasts me up to two weeks. I'm just disappointed as the services are expensive for the quality provided.

I never leave Yelp reviews. But I tried with Polished. The hundreds I've given you guys. For month after month and I sometimes got great work sometimes okay work but for the most part okay. October 1 I get a I never leave Yelp reviews. But I tried with Polished. The hundreds I've given you guys. For MONTHS and I sometimes got great work sometimes okay work but for the most part okay. October 1 I get a brand new set. Simple almond dark red. The nail tech Dylan is very friendly *except he cut me twice, but I overlooked it, I pay and I leave. (Added later, what actually happened is I pointed out that he cut me and, I sh** you not, he suggested that I already had the cuts) Not ten days later, brand new nail pops off. One day, one more. etc. I went back for a new set when I could afford it - all fallen off but 3 - and expressed my frustration that they didn't last. This should have been a fill. I should not have had to have a new set at all at this time. I have been getting nails for over a year and I have never had them fall off like that. He immediately became unfriendly with me and was from then on rushed doing his work. He was rough and when I expressed it hurt that he was pulling off my nail with his fingers, not soaking it, he seemed very annoyed. It HURT LIKE F*** getting those off and I let him know, his response was "Do you want me to do them or not." I really don't see why he couldn't take two seconds to soak. The whole time I just got the feeling that he was unhappy with me because my nails had popped off, a problem that was not anything of my fault. I never even mentioned price or a discount or anything. It was unprofessional to say the least. Then when my nails were finished I paid and everything, they are fine but upon turning them over he seemed to have left them unfinished underneath? cuticles completely un left done, paint missing on the sides, just care and detail rushed though. I'm just pretty unhappy with the way it was handled and I won't be going there again. Like sorry I made you mad because all my nails popped off? So now you have the right to hurt me and not stop when I ask? Don't treat people like that. I guess part of it is my fault for allowing this tech to do my nails again. I wanted to give him another chance. This man should not be a nail tech, i'm really sorry and I know everyone needs a job but this is not the job for him. new set. Simple almond dark red. I really wanted to like this nail salon. It's nearby, clean, and they have great color selection. I was seated quickly for being a walk in; within minutes of coming in. The shop wasn't busy, yet I was being rushed to pick a color. The tech doing my manicure manhandled my hands. It hurt when she pushed my cuticles and she clipped them excessively. I told her about how sensitive my hands are and that she was hurting me and she continued on as if she didn't hear me. At one point, she took a nail filer and filed my raw skin. It was by far the most painful manicure I've ever had. She made me bleed and now my cuticles are sore and puffy.

Better options out there. Terrible job on SMS nails. Returned to have them removed & received no financial compensation, just an apology.

My future MIL and SIL go to their location in Buckhead but the Decatur location is a bit more convenient for myself.

Minus one star because the price keeps increasing. As of 5/1/26 it's $35 for a basic pedi. When I…read morewrote my first review it was $22.. Yes, the bowls were tiny and there were no massage chairs, lighted decor or ambiance. But honestly the pedis were just as good. Do we need upgraded renovations to feel beautiful? No but that's progress. And everything else is going up. Apparently we'll patronize no matter how high the prices are. At 5pm the sign says "no more pedicures." Come early and put your name on the list, especially if you have a favorite nail tech. Then ask how long the wait is and have them call you. Sign up the evening before if you want to come in the morning. Don't put your belongings down unless you want them covered in dust.. Bring cash or use their ATM. On the plus side, the wait wasn't too long and there are lots of DND colors to choose from. I picked a pretty reddish pink #235. They use fresh tools for every customer, goodbye cheese grater! She even squeezed fresh lemon on my toes! I bring my own foot soak. Neo soul plays in the background, I'm pampering myself. But at this price point it's more an occasional splurge than bi-monthly ritual.

Loved this experience. Will continue to go. Ms. Della was an absolute joy. She suggested colors to…read moremake your skin tone POP.
