The pedicure began nicely but the person doing it for me had issues with communicating... I asked for a colour and it seemed they were out of it in regular polish. No one explained this to me and instead just replaced it with something else with no notifcation.... I specifically asked before continuing with my manicure if the shop had silver heart gems to achieve a look I showed in a photo. I was given an okay. When it came time I was told no by another person (I believe it was amber who I requested originally in my appt but did not get) and then tried to get me to accept a drawn heart even tho that is not what I wanted... after trying to make me accept painted heart and the woman continually scolded the man who was orignally working on me (clearly someone new? Or inexperienced?) Which made me pretty uncomfortable in its own right... they finally retrieved their various gems and such to show me... I settled because I was at the point i had no choice but to take it or leave with nothing... I dont even feel.happy taking photos of my nails... theyre a mess... paint on my skin... uneven cut... and I was knicked and caused bleeding on 3 different fingers in the process... you can see it on 2 of the 3. The 3rd is covered by the polish that was painted onto my skin and it is hurting me trying to peel it off... This cost $120. Ive been to many nail salon in the last decade and this was truly the most disappointing experience... I really hoped I was finding somewhere new and close...

Enchanted caught me hook, line, and sinker! The team here has a true and steady local following, and now I know why firsthand. Chin believes only in soaking off the existing nails and will not hurry the visit by using the grinder most places use. He explained to me that it wears away at the strength of my natural nail and that I should insist my nail salon back home takes the time to soak off my nails. With that being said, Chin took great care in getting my very damaged and very short nails back to looking really nice, and we agreed only one tip for a nail that I had bit off so short it was painful. An chimed in on the color selection, and the two of them got me to a beautiful shade of champagne. As I sat in their salon, I lost sight of the fact that I was right off Eastern Avenue. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing. Good conversation was shared between the owners, another team member, and two regulars of theirs who were super pleasant. In fact, An was kind enough to text me that they were running a little behind for my appointment and also mentioned to look for the blue awning off of Ann Street. If you are fortunate enough to live near Enchanted I highly recommend you get there soon. I punched in Yelp and this jewel came up. I walked in and I was immediately addressed. The place is really nice. You can tell they believe in proper sanitation practices since they use bags in their bowls while doing pedicures. The customer service was impeccable, while I was there I witnessed 2 customers telling their tech that this needed to be fixed or that needed to be fixed. I personally didn't see that anything was wrong with their services but oh well. The owner made sure they were happy no matter how many times she had to fix something. Everyone was polite and professional. I absolutely love my nails. They are beautiful. If you are ever in the Dundalk area please stop in. You will not be disappointed. Though Kieu is still getting established, the quality of her work remains A1! And as a matter of fact, she's gotten some cool gadgets in her new space that make removing old polish much easier, which shortens and improves the overall process. Not to mention Kieu remains a very sweet and sensitive person that I don't mind being in a small space with for sometimes up to 1.5 hours. Happy to see her growing and thriving!

I work in an OR so I appreciated and was checking that sterilization was actually done on the packs, and it was! My mani turned out great as well!
