1st visit July 2025: was asked if I 'googled' this salon; I did not. Nina, who I believe is related to owner - Collin Tran, did a great job but charged me different pricing when I did reviewed their website. Full set was $45 ( I was charged $55), additional $5 for removable of old set ( took 2 minutes and used new tip to remove) and $10 for cutting cuticles. I also gave a $10 tip. 2nd visit August 2025: Nina did a great job again but became loud, unprofessional and outright rude when I attempted to cross reference pricing with the website and what she charged me in July. She had a very difficult time keeping her composure and volume under control. Yelling to "Stop talking, YOU listen to me" repeatedly - in a tone and tenure that most would identify as 'guilt'. Most importantly to know, a Vietnamese , male co-worker (who claimed to be a Manager) locked the door so I could not leave. I immediately walked to the lock door and stated " you cannot lock me in here" and Nina made him unlock it but said she was calling the Police. As expected, both he and Nina told the Police I tried to leave without paying. This was never the case, I had hoped to keep seeing Nina but needed to address the pricing discrepancies. In the end, Nina was caught being dishonest and the attempt to keep me against my will is wrong - as is lying to Lee County Sherrie Dept. that I had no intention of paying. These people are unpredictable with pricing and behavior. read more

I've been going here for years because Collin USED to do an amazing job. Unfortunately he has become complacent, messy and RUDE!! His wife is just as rude! I got a pedicure for my sons wedding and the polish never dried got all messed up and when I went in to get it fixed they were pissed, couldn't find the color and yelled at me "you picked the color"!!! I should've realized when he used pliers to open the bottle and proceeded to pour acetone in it there was going to be trouble!! This will be my last visit to this establishment. She's extremely thorough and ensures that you get the best experience possible! I can't wait to try out her massages! The lady was a little stand off-ish and didn't speak much English. She went HAM with the file at one point she actually made me bleed on 2 on my fingers from filing my skin instead of my nail. I am super disappointed by the quality of my manicure. It didn't even last one full day! I would have given this place 5 Stars, for cleanliness, comfort, and quality until all of my nails started to chip. I witnessed them add nail polish thinner to my polish, which is a big red flag. I wish I was just told to use another color, instead of the thinned out one. They also should just throw out almost empty bottles instead of filling them up with acetone. What do I get ... they soak my nails in acetone which I thought was water but after I noticed my fingers become numb and I see chunks of my nail missing ! I ask why and the lady says my nails aren't coming off. I say there are chunks missing... she takes my hands out says they'll fix it and begins filing. Then puts my hand back in the bowl and I'm sitting there fuming. Finally she gets back to me and ask why I'm mad and is laughing. Before she colors my nails she asks me to pay. Well, what to start with?... + I'm happy with their job on my nails. I made an appointment for Saturday thinking it would be busy. When I came in they had couple people. My nail tech was Lynn (not sure how to spell her name but she's an Asian lady with red hair) - I said I wanted a regular manicure with gel polish. She asked me if I wanted a dipping powder. I said sure so here it is (see pictures) + A looooot of colors to choose from! Like... A LOT!!! - I did get any manicure ‍ No cuticle cut.... nothing. She buffed my nails a little bit and started to put powder right away. - She took a nails clipper from the drawer, didn't sanitize it at all, cut something on the side of my nail and put the clipper back in the drawer. - The guy working there (the manager or owner I'm not sure) was working at 3 tables at the same time! It didn't affect me but I think people should know that they can get a tech who's jumping between 3 tackles trying to work with 3 people at the same time. Overall I like my nail. Need to see how long it's gonna last. Tip: make and appointment and ask for Lynn. P.S. paid 40$ + tip. Update: been there 4 times now and can tell that Nivia is the best nail tech there! After having a bad experience with dipping powder nails, I read the reviews on Yelp & decided to give this place a try. I live in Gateway but this was well worth the drive! The gentleman who did my nails did a FANTASTIC job. I was amazed that this place was not busier on a Saturday morning, but there were 4-5 people working & usually only had 1 person waiting at any given time. The staff were friendly & not talking in different languages - which always makes one wonder if they're talking about their customers or just random conversation. The shop isn't fancy but as long as it's clean & my nails look great I'm happy. I'll definitely be back. Update: I've been here several times for dip fill in & pedicures. I have to say Colin is the only one who does an excellent job. One girl did an acceptable job, but one woman did a HORRENDOUS job. My daughter's nails were so bad I had to bring her back in. The pedicures are NOT good - had polish all over my skin/cuticles & missed spot on my big toe nail that I didn't see I til I got home. I'm currently looking for somewhere else but will use Colin only for fill ins until I can find a decent place. read more

My friend went to nail school and found plenty of violations here. They use the worst glue for your tips. Not to mention the man doing my nails completely violated me by giving me a massage while my nails were drying, he stuck his hands all the way down the front of my shirt. Not too thrilled with my first experience. I am the ultimate pedicure snob and I have high expectations. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because it was very clean and a nice looking facility. That's about it. My pedicurist was sweet, but I could barely feel her down there! She touched me like I was a glass doll about to break. No, like literally how you would pet a mouse because you don't want to squash its little head. Tiny pets. The massage about had me up and leaving because it was so quick. And the soft touches once again were on the verge of annoying. When using the file and callous scrubber, she barely put pressure, thus making the process ineffective. The cuticle cutter was barely removing any skin because she wasn't using it right...this is my favorite part!! I asked her to go back and cut it, but unfortunately the language barrier did not allow that to effectively happen. I was offered a higher pedicure package, but declined because the basic was terrible. I really had high hopes for this place, as the yelp reviews said it was so great..... either these people got a different person to do their toes or they don't know what a quality pedicure is like.
