After getting my nails done, both my index and middle fingers developed fungus underneath the nails. This has never happened to me before, and it raises serious concerns about the salon's sanitation practices. It also seemed like the technicians didn't take proper care with the tools or the overall nail prep, which made the service feel rushed and unprofessional. A nail salon should prioritize cleanliness and client safety, and I didn't feel that here. It being my first time getting my nails done in Arizona. It was a good experience. I didn't get the name of my nail lady, but her English was really good. She had blonde hair. She asked me what color of glitter line did I want and how many fingers did I want the design on. I asked for her opinion. She recommended all since Christmas is coming up. So I went with her opinion. Normally I am used to shorter nails (for typing for work), this length isn't too bad. I'd come back to this place whenever I am back in Phoenix again! New to the area and wanted to try a new place, I called ahead Sunday for a waiting time and was told 10 minutes...turned out to be an hour. But I know times change, plus I had not pampered myself for awhile so I stook it out. Got a pedicure for $37 and acrylic set for $65 and both girls were nice. At the end I did notice that some nails were thicker than others but I was in such a rush trying to get back home to my newborn. So far it's only been 8 days and three are nails are already lifted and will likely pop off by tomorrow. With the usual lady I've gone to for three years, my nails last nearly a month! Manicure with dipping powder and showed a picture expect all they did was throw some $45 dipping powder no manicure no cleaning the nail no hygiene after I mentioned it they're like oh we're gonna do it at the end then it comes to the end of my nails being done looking unshaped not the right color and then they say oh it's another $10 charge. if the manicure doesn't come with hygiene, then call it something else say that in the beginning, they all look like gremlins when I walked in, they were playing Kidz Bop the whole time I sat there annoying. read more

I went in about a week ago and loved my nails unfortunately after maybe 4 days my gel started peeling off I didn't notice the bubbles before which was why they peeled I went in last year and less than a week after my nail broke off so I wanted to give em another chance but if it's not one thing it's another. He and everyone else on staff were very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable ($23 for a basic pedicure and $13 for gel - plus they offered a 10% discount since they recently opened!). He took his time and didn't rush at all, even though it got a little busier around 3:30 pm. That being said, it might be good to make an appointment if you're wanting to come in the later afternoon. They can do all kinds of designs and they have the sharpest nails even when they are square. I can't find another place that does them as sharp as this place!! I don't know if you ever feel like your nails don't really scratch when you get them done but here it'll feel like you're actually scratching!! The younger lady with blondish that sits up front is the best!! The younger guy with longer hair does the best pedi white tips and gives the best massages.
