The customer service at this location was very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and asked the cashier what types of sides were available with the order. Instead of explaining the options, she simply told us, "It's on the screen." I understand that the options may be displayed, but I was asking a simple question and expected the cashier to provide the information in a helpful and courteous manner. Unfortunately, my order was also incomplete. When I asked about the missing item, the cashier told me it was inside the bag. I checked the bag and informed her that the item was not there. Rather than apologizing or simply assisting me, she told us to park in front of the restaurant. Her tone was not polite, and she repeated the instruction twice in a frustrated manner. I understand that employees can be busy, but customers should still be treated with patience and respect. I was simply asking about the missing item from an order that I had already paid for. The cashier's attitude and tone made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Multiple times i have made online orders. They always make me wait 40 minutes. Over prices for small bite size pieces of chicken. One time i waited 30 min before i showed up to pick up my order. They said they didnt have my order. I showed them my online receipt they still didnt want to help. Then they made me wait another 15 minutes and they still forgot to give me my dinner roll. Very disappointing. They are also racis they look at you with a dog face and its very uncomfortable. I am a dasher. I arrived at 6:46pm for a pick up order for 8 pieces of wings chicken only and a family size of plantains. It's is currently 7:25pm going on 7:30. What I distinctively liked about this location is that they supplied the customers with sanitizer at the door. The location itself was clean and very well organized.
