I was not able to comeback to the restaurant because I live to far. You guys should train your staff on how to go to a check list, so they don't miss anything on the orders. I like the empanadas and fried chicken. The Cole slaw was pretty bland for me but it tasted fresh. The empanada was filled with melted cheese, jalapenos, and some chicken. The dough on the outside was warm, soft, and chewy. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy. Not sure what the seasoning is on the skin but it just tasted like salt and pepper. First off about the place - Super clean & just refreshing when early enough to not catch the first wave by 2:15 Love how nice the male manager is. Totally new to how Lynn restaurant managers usually are. His employee is super nice as well. No rush with anything but definitely not going to have you wait around either. Please give them a try (THIS IS NOT CROWNS FRIED CHICKEN) go there cause this is not that. Plenty of space to sit & eat wit no issue of people directly behind you. Personally will be here even to just have peace. No one bothers you nor do they have serve bad clientele. Mostly hard working people still on there way to work. I will give this fast food a four Stars. The chicken is always good and on point. Either fried or grilled . I usually get the five pieces and two sides. My favorite sides would be their corn salads and fresh crispy fries. Their corn salad is to died for. However, I had their Bean sauce and rice...it tasted a ok. I minus the one star because once or twice one piece of chicken were missing. I would say to the staff to double count the pieces before boxing up the food because once you get home and expect to have all pieces and if they get counted wrong you would be disappointed. read more

Lady at the register didn't know how to ring in my order and had to get help from her manager.Despite there being no one in front of me it took 20 minutes to be served. Others behind me got their orders faster. My order was delivered incomplete and I had to ask for my sides.The server was disrespectful and rude for some reason. I don't speak Spanish. Nothing but smiles and small talk for the Hispanics in line behind me. Glares and frowns for me. This place really doesn't deserve to be successful. I won't go back. I hope it fails. Remarkably if you look at the menu, the pricing per piece on the chicken family meals is much more expensive than the pricing for a three piece meal. Placed an order using their Pollo Campero app for the first time and it seemed pretty easy. Planned on using a coupon that I got in the mail so decided to pay at the store. While trying to pay was told that the coupon could not be applied, no big deal. At that time it seemed they realized the order that was ready was not correct, and proceed to correct it. No problem, not sure why it was not correct as when I walked in the store, there was only one customer. They were not busy at all. Finally paid and headed home which is about 15 minutes away. About 40 minutes later when it was time to eat and were serving the food, realized that the kids meal was missing the fries and the drink. Further inspection there were no bread rolls. Bottom line I called them back to let them know. They couldn't credit my credit card, they don't do delivery so in the end the only resolution they gave me was to go back to the store and pick up the missing items. I was not going to go out in the middle of dinner to pick up what should've have been ready for me. The resolution was that the next time I would go order, I would talk to the manager so I could get the missing items free, Who is going to do this? What type of resolution is that? When you sit down to eat, you want to enjoy your meal, specially when you paid 40$ plus. In the end I will not order here again when there are plenty of other restaurants, closer and serve the customer better. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it was not.
