From the moment we arrived for pickup, the service was top-notch and so was the ambiance ! They were friendly, fast, and attentive. Everything was ready right on time, and the staff made sure we were taken care of with genuine care. As for the food, WOW. The 8-piece mixed chicken was perfectly done: hot, crispy, and flavorful without being greasy. You can tell the team put pride into making sure it was fresh and well-prepared. There's a good menu with both grilled and fried chicken items. I got the camper box. I like the texture of the nuggets and chicken sandwich but the seasoning is a too strong for my liking, I can't figure out what the main flavors are but it's bold. The empanadas are made fresh but the filling is a bit too mushy for my liking. Cole slaw is also too creamy and tangy for my preference. Still worth a try when you're in the area. read more

Not the greatest experience. I don't know about you, but I personally do not like hair in my chicken. I placed my order through the app and picked up at the drive thru at about 340ish. We got the 4 piece with 2 sides and a dinner roll. Drove off and went home, pick up was super quick. When we were about to eat, I start serving my daughter and notice a long string-like attachment on the chicken so I grabbed it and it ripped. I looked closer and realized it was a hair. Then I looked closer to the chicken and saw the remainder on the hair mixed and cooked into the skin of the chicken. I immediately took photos and a video where you can clearly see the hair is attached/embedded into the chicken skin. I submitted a feedback onto their website and I received a call from (i believe) store manager from the location. He mentioned his name was Ricardo and asked if i was the person that picked up in the drive thru. I said yes and described the situation in which he immediately responded "well that wasn't mine" referring to the hair. Obviously it wasn't his, it was A LONG HAIR, not short. I mentioned "the hair is clearly mixed in the batter" and i literally say batter bcuz i do not work there so i do not know what they use - if its batter or a dry rub etc. Then he proceeded to explain on how they cook their chicken with a dry rub and they fry it on a certain degree fryer. Mind u, he did everything to try to justify what had happened. I was already home and had too much to do to go back and take that chicken back and show him that i was not lying otherwise i would have gone. Regardless, i re-iterated that I had photos and a video where you can CLEARLY see that the hair was cooked in there. He offered his apology and to refund my money and on top of that, he would compensate me for a meal. I received $10 worth of tokens on my Campero app to redeem which tbh, idk if i will ever go back. The refund is still not back in my acct so i will give it a few days and see if they in fact return it. Very disappointed! if employees do not wear hair nets, now is the time to start. read more

$9.26 for a chicken sandwich by itself. Prices on menu are only listed with sides and combos. There's a big intimidating guy asking for money at the drive-thru line. I'm boxed in the drive-thru and I can't back out. The cashier asks me if I can wait 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They tell me to park and wait in the parking lot. I really wanted to like this place. Never again. I placed an order for the 4pc chicken special, 2 fried and 2 grilled with 2 sides (beans (more like pureed bean sauce and rice) and a watered down horchata. Chicken was nasty and super soggy as it had been sitting for a while a side of 2 cold corn tortillas which broke in half since they weren't heated. What an absolute regret and disappointment. Ordered my two-piece meal through the drive-through and the cashier didn't specify if I wanted fried or grilled chicken which they should be asking me while you're ordering when I pull up to the window she didn't review my order with me. She just charged me and asked her what my total was and she told me my total charged me for the order came back and brought me the receipt walked away and I noticed on the receipt. It said fried chicken and I told her hey can you please change it to grilled chicken? I want grilled chicken and she said well you didn't specify you're supposed to specify the window.
