This location isn't good. The drive thru is slow. The chicken was burned and over salty. The Mac and cheese was alittle runny and the Jamaica and mango mix that I got was not good it tasted like they made it with sulfur water or something. Honestly they need to go to Miami have one of their general managers or two or three I don't know, go to Miami. Go to the location by the airport and let them train them on how to make everything because they're giving the company a bad name. New restaurant we were excited to finally try. Ordered a 4 piece meal and empanada. Surprised when food arrived to learn they were out of white meat, my wife does not eat dark meat. Empanada was bland, tasted like one from grocery freezer. Drink station had not been attended to, they were out of Horchata, Mango, and Jamaica drinks, only Pepsi products. One guy working there was friendly, the manager lady who took our order did not tell us about the deficiency of meat selection, nor was she friendly at all. Three strikes, and you're out. 1st trip I ordered online, when I got to the drive thru window, 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't. They kept me sitting at the window for 20 minutes, yes, 20 minutes before I had to drive off since they'd already made me late for work. 2nd time I had store credit from the first unfulfilled order so I got two meals. It was good I checked the bag because they completely left out one meal. This time I didn't order ahead since their app is clearly not great. I ordered a meal and a $2 cookie. Got home, no cookie even though it's printed right on the label on the bag. That's it, I'm cutting my losses and not going back. I deleted the app as well. read more

We thought we'd try this new place very near home. We just didn't feel like cooking and was passing by. We had a coupon too. That's a good deal we thought. So we were hoping to get what we saw from the photo advertised and on the wall. we saw two fried white meat and two grilled dark meat. OK do that that's not part of the deal. We did expect a breast, wing, thigh and a leg. I like dark meat. My husband won't eat dark meat. He likes white meat. I'm cutting into the food. We realize we had all dark meat. There was a very nice young lady doing some excellent cleaning and we waved her over and with a smile and 1 million apologies she went and got us breast and a wing for my husband. I told her you really don't have to apologize. You're doing great they're not. And she explained to us that they don't sell a lot of white meat so they don't make a lot of white meat. Of course I said well there it is on the menu and light board. And we laughed together. She was a real sweetheart. She was the best part of the whole meal. She should be promoted to manager. She definitely could work in a better environment She really cares about the people that come in for dinner. Also, When we first got our meal delivered, it comes with a couple of dinky little napkins. I mean seriously this is fried chicken. so the kid who delivered it said OK I'll bring you some more well he never did. He went off and did his own thing and he really wasn't interested in being a server at all. He had a bit of an attitude. We did like the plaintains. And the coleslaw. I had to tear off all the crust because I'm on a low carb journey. Not a place for someone who has gluten problems either, but we don't have that one fortunately. The nice young lady I can't remember her name, it was creative sounding, Said next time we come to make sure we see her and we'll get what we order. She'll take care of us. I definitely believe that. This is clearly not our kind of fast food restaurant. We rarely eat fast food but if my husband wants fried chicken, we're not going there. It is true you get what you pay for. Stopped in for a quick lunch and was blown away by the service from Steve behind the register. In today's age we have all become pretty use to the fast food industry and lack of people skills but Steve could not have been further from it. Super attentive came to my table 2 times to check in and make polite small asking how it was and making some recommendations. I am not a yelp review person but I want to make sure Steve gets some positive feedback in a thankless industry! The fries were no better--limp and lacking any crunch. I also tried the empanada, which was tiny and didn't have much filling. The only saving grace was the mango drink--it was actually quite good. Went there this morning at 11:30. No line. We pulled up to the drive thru and gave our order. Drive thru menu reflects the sun, hard to read from the passenger side. When asked for the price we were told, I'll tell you at the window. Very limited menu and pretty expensive for a fast food chain. I ordered the classic grilled with French fries my husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with yuca fries. You couldn't tell the difference between the two and neither was labeled. They tasted exactly the same, awful. Let's hope their lease is short. Won't last. It's definitely a one and done deal. read more

Let's start with location, it sucks. There is about 10 parking spaces only. Drive thru, you can barely hear what they are saying and they may not be able to hear you either. Waited about 30 minutes before actually getting to the window to pay and get order and guess what they did not have the order ready, did not even have our order. We had to tell them our order again. 3 people at the window looked lost. I know it's new but what system are they using to take orders in the drive thru. Now for the food, ordered 9 piece nuggets.
