Tried and tried to order a burrito, flautas, and quesadillas. Constant error messages even when I go with their default selections. Won't let you add them to your cart. So order other stuff only to find it's wrong and the extra frijoles and cheese sauce I ordered and paid for are no where to be found. Avoid this location! I have eaten here several times by myself and with coworkers. Today it was my wife, sister in law and niece. We were in the area picking up bulk items at Winco Foods, which is just around the corner. The flame broiled chicken here reminds me of the flame broiled chicken we used to get at Pollo Loco when we lived in CA, except this place also offers barbacoa tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas and so much more. I love their lunch special during the week. A half chicken, beans and rice for $8.75, and it's only a dollar more on the weekends. Their chicken is delicious, the beans are Slap Yo Momma Good and their rice is good. If you dine in you get all of the chips and salsa you want, and they offer about six different types of salsa. They also offer pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños, habanero onions and much more. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I went through the drive through and ordered a whole chicken, loaded nachos, and a quesadilla. I got the chicken immediately and was told to wait out front for the rest of my order. I waited 20 min and then finally went inside to find out why I hadn't been brought my order. The only explanation I got was "We have a lot of orders," and was told it would be 5 MORE MIN until I got my order. Friday afternoon I had a bad experience I went for my food I had to wait a long time it wasn't busy enough for them to take so long them to give me my order I ordered my usual chicken nachos and it usually takes less than 5 minutes to get my order and it took almost 30 minutes to take my order and when I get to the window I see the manager sitting down bullshiting around with 2 other employees I was observing everything they were doing they were playing and hugging each other I finally see that the cashier comes in from trowing out the trash I asked what was the name of the manager and tell told me it was Tracey precisely the lady that was playing with the other employees they should learn how to hire professional people do their jobs correctly because it's not the first time I see this I have seen it multiple times before plz fix this problem cause I would hate going to this location because it's near by my house read more

I normally don't give 5 star to chain restaurant but my goodness. El Pollo Regio is kind a like El pollo loco in California but 10 times better. My husband and I shared half chicken meal. It came with flavored rice, beans and 10 home made corn tortilla. We also ordered side order chips (Which was not on the menu but they were happy to make one for us fresh) and they even gave us freshly made pico de gallo salsa. The half chicken meal $7.99 was really flavorful and juicy with nice fruit marinade flavor. Rice and beans was good too. The side order Chips was $1.50 for a whole plate freshly fried served super hot and super good. Pico de gallo was the bomb too. I believe we found our favorite Chicken spot. read more

It was probably the best chicken tenders ( about 7 bucks) i had ever eaten hands down. They were very flavorful, i felt like i got what i paid for. Pollo Regio is the best fast food place I've ever been, HANDS DOWN! The food is always amazing and the flavor is just unreal. My favorite thing here is the chicken burrito. It's seriously the best burrito I've ever had, which sounds crazy since it's technically a fast food restaurant. Trust me, it's absolutely incredible. Their famous green sauce is out of this world as well and so is their horchata. I don't know how they do it and why they're not more popular than they are, but I HIGHLY recommend them! Rude and rushed me out the drive thru they don't sell acacodo slices but do have meals with Avacado slices so they offered me guacamole which i don't like or i can buy an avacado for $6 then i asked for white crumbly cheese to go on my tacos and they gave me nacho cheese tell me who eats tacos with nacho cheese and it's yellow when i described it perfectly. Best part about this place is definitely the fast service. When you go through the drive through, you can assure that your entire meal will be ready in 2-3minutes tops. However, I do not recommend actually doing a walk-in because that is where the service is really slow. Also, this place does not just do fast food, their Mexican food is more of a homemade style.
