Ordering online was simple, and we received a notification that our food was ready before we even arrived, making pickup quick and convenient. The restaurant was clean, and we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. Since it was our first visit, they even treated us to complimentary drinks, sauces, and cake, which was a nice surprise. Great food, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

So you're telling me because YOU don't bank effectively and efficiently that you cannot provide me change? Nor can you remove the 3.5% fee that I shouldn't be forced to pay? Spoke with the 'manager' 'Tee' who advised he had no credentials to remove the 3.5 fee nor could remove any percentage from my ticket. Literally worth|ess. I've been back here a couple times to die now and I always enjoy the food. On my latest visit I saw…read morethat they had a special on a three-piece box that came with chicken, nuggets, fries, and a drink. This sounded pretty good, but since I'm not supposed to eat root vegetables, I went to the counter and inquired if I could get a different side. I was informed that they could not change anything about that that particular special but they suggested a three-piece combo which is the same price. The difference being that you don't get the nuggets but get a choice of bread or a tortilla. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I did go with the three-piece combo which consisted of three pieces of dark chicken and I got the Campero rice for my side. I also had the dinner roll and a regular drink. Along with this I ordered one of their empanadas because I haven't had one yet. They gave me my number and I went and got my drink and found a place to sit. A very short time later, they came out with my food and I asked if I could get some salt. Apparently there was a complaint from a customer involving salt so they no longer carry salt when you're dining in. They did have hot sauce on the table, so I enjoyed my meal with the green sauce. The chicken as usual was excellent and I do enjoy their rice. The dinner roll was a nice compliment to the meal and I was really impressed with the empanada. I haven't had an empanada that was this packed with goodness in a very long time. I will definitely be back but chances are I will bring my own salt. this is a nice location with a drive-through. On the downside from my point of view is the ordering kiosks that are out front. I won't use those so I just approach the counter and get assistance. The lady that took care of me was really nice and guided me through the ordering process and was also the one who brought me my food when it was ready. if you're looking for a good bone in chicken meal, then this is an excellent place to die. The dining area is well lit and kept clean. I'm always treated well and I always enjoy my meal.

I ordered the 10 piece wing combo with the jerk fries on the same plate; cost about $20 and some change with the half and half sauces I chose on the wings The worker at the front was very friendly and attentive. The locale itself leaves a bit to be desired, but don't let that stop you from taking it to go! Or taking a seat for a second to enjoy a really tasty plate The wings were crispy, cooked nicely and very flavorful. I had the lemon pepper and the garlic parm and both were pretty good. I've been having very oily wings at some other Orlando spots lately, so the lack of greasiness here was greatly appreciated. Nothing crazy, but very good wings and a decent size The jerk fries might be my favorite fries in Orlando! The amount you get is generous, and the jerk chicken chopped up in the dish compliments the fries very nicely. Don't even get me started on the sauce; whatever mix of bbq, jerk sauce and mustard they use packs insane flavor and mixes very well with everything. If I wasn't satiated already I would've went back in for another full plate of those jerk fries! Definitely check this spot out, I'll be trying the ribs next time

Let me be very honest about Jerk Man BBQ…read more I wouldn't necessarily say it's in a sketchy part of town, but the building itself looks sketchy as hell. Like... straight up shack vibes. When you walk in, it still looks like a shack. There's no real seating -- maybe one lonely little booth if nobody's already sitting in it. You order through a glass window, and the menu is literally written in Sharpie on the glass. Also, let me be clear: the wait is long. If you're hungry right now, this is not the place. Don't come starving. Come hungry and let it build, because by the time you're really ready to eat, your food will be coming out. That being said... the wait is 100% worth it. They put real love and care into their food. You get what you pay for -- if not more. Taste-wise and presentation-wise, everything is a 10/10. The food is always on point at this location. The only real issue is the vibe. It's uncomfortable looking, and you might see people standing outside smoking. Honestly, you may want to wait in your car, check back to see if your food is ready, then grab it and go. I'll definitely be back -- just probably during the daytime, not at night. I actually prefer this location because the food is consistently better. The other location feels safer, but the food isn't always hitting like this one does. Bottom line: If you want quality, flavorful food and don't mind waiting, this spot is worth every dollar. Just know what you're walking into.

As would be expected by a place open for only a few days, it is ultra-clean and in great shape throughout. A very attractive mural adorns the walls and there is a display on one wall that tells the history of DHC (founded in 2017). Your chicken is available to be ordered in a variety of heat levels, which should satisfy most/all in your dining party. The service was friendly and accurate, so kudos to the training of the opening team. My meal looked good and was quite tasty, but I think that they are over-priced, and that could create a potential challenge at this popular outlet mall. One odd pricing I noticed was that an order of 4 Mini Sliders would be $1.99 each, yet an order of 20 Mini Sliders would be $2.25 each. That's what posted on menu board (and online) but there must be a reason for the difference that isn't immediately seen. This is a quick dining experience that I can definitely recommend, but I'm not sure that I would regularly choose this when visiting Orlando Premium Outlets. I truly wish them well on the new venture.
