Maybe 2 out of 10 times I would get a friendly and helpful and kind customer service. All other times it's as if I'm being a bother when I'm the one that is paying! My son gets a kids hamburger meal, comes with a drink. It's basically the same size as an adult meal, just a single patty. My wife and I each get a double cheeseburger with fries, a large drink to split and we all split a milkshake. Comes out to just north of 20 bucks. Food always tastes fresh, burgers are way better than anything you'd get at one of the fast food places. I've had zero issues. You also get 1$ credit for every 10$ you spend, so I'm constantly in a cycle of getting 2$ off each visit. Buy the 50$ steak and shake gift card across the street at Sam's for 37.50$ and you can get way more food than any other burger place for like 20$ max.
