Then the best part - $114 worth of laundry, delivered back in a plastic bag. Not even a laundry bag for the privilege. I'm just overall disappointed. The lack of care, the expense for a "convenience" which is far from convienent, and then to boot, a plastic bag of $114 worth of "clean" clothes. It's a disgrace. Do better Tide Cleaners.

I told her that I had just been speaking with a man who said it was possible to maybe dry clean or maybe just press a dress by tomorrow. She started shaking her head no before I even finished the sentence. She said we're closed for the weekend the soonest it would be done is Thursday next week (today is Wednesday) I don't even think she cared what service I was there to pay for. She simply didn't want to do any service needing to be done by tomorrow. I explained I understand but the reason I came here is because I called ahead and was told yes just 10 mins ago. She said awwww sorry hun a few times. I felt talked over and not treated with professionalism. I have no problem with the guy who took the call he was polite and professional.
