I guess carpet cleaning only includes vacuuming. The exterior was fairly clean, but there were still a lot of dead bugs on the front of my car. Three stars is mostly for the staff that helped me, they were so nice. I'll probably give them another chance as they are one of the only full-service washes in the area, but I hope for a much better wash next time around.
