I recently bought the truck and I was referred to Sam from a fellow Gen 1 Raptor owner. My rear diff/axle was making a howling sound that would get louder the faster I'd go. We knew it was bearings and hoped the gears were ok. He knew the issue right away and explained in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He fixed it much faster than I expected and explained the issues and showed/gave me the worn bearings and told me I was lucky the gears were ok because they are very expensive. 2 day turn around. No upselling on anything. He uses top of the line products. I will refer him to anyone. Highly recommended. Thank you good sir

Great place!! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, friendly and good prices! I re-geared my 2010 Sahara from stock to 4.88 running on 33s and the outcome was great. Just what I was looking for.

Your business phone number was going to vm for weeks vm full sent emails to your business email address that says no longer in service then email went through weeks later no call backs no return calls have text messages outgoing and incoming including pictures from mechanic your work phone and another phone number he was communicating from. I am very disappointed because when Alberto and I spoke earlier in the year I advised him of the purchase I would be making and the repair it needed and was assured that his mechanics would do a great job as I was confident in their integrity and their work ethic. Noone has returned any of my calls the mechanic stopped answering refusing to return my vehicle and I've been disrespected and disregarded now I am forced to take legal action against you. I left a review on their google business page a month ago someone hearted the message but never responded as the owner often replies to reviews left. The business number is still the same goes to vm and has been since 12/2025. Sent a demand letter with a packet of proof that this busienss was in possession of my vehicle that was returned at this point a lawsuit is the only move to make. God will work it out for me. It's pretty disgusting.

He said that his technician was able to cut some zip ties and move some of the electrical wiring around and there was no need for the additional two hours of labor. My motorhome is not a daily driver so 90 days is not very long to stand behind their repair. So I took the motorhome on a trip 4 months later and the def system failed and I was stranded for 2 days while a Kenworth dealer repaired the system that Fleet Services had just worked on. The diagnosis is that Fleet services did not replace the parts back cleanly and got clumps of dirt in the tank causing the system to plug up and did not replace the filter. The repair cost over $3000 and the Kenworth dealer stated the cause of the breakdown was directly related to Fleet Services repair, not assembling and replacing the parts back in a clean and thorough manner. The management at Fleet Services declined to stand by their warranty because they said I had to bring back to them. I was broke down in Utah. They removed the tank to replace the sensor and they got dirt in the tank and did not replace the filter when reassembling. Then they would not stand by their work blaming the Kenworth Dealer for getting the debris in when they took it apart. Only issue with this is the dirt was in the line and in the pump and the tank had the dirt when the tank was removed. They filled the tank with def and it was not until I added more that the problem happened. I put in clean def and they are just lying to cover their poor workmanship. I have a report from the Kenworth dealer and pictures showing the dirt they found in the tank and the manager still denied they did it.

It turned out it was coming from underneath my supercharger! I talked with Audi before, not knowing exactly where the leak was originating from, expecting the worst ( A little history ..My wife's 2019 Audi S5 needed a thermostat replaced under warranty years ago (typical issue) and it required removing the supercharger at about $3k years ago / now it would be about $6K, per Audi!) Until now, besides tires and alignments this is the first time I ever took a car in for service... I also have a a 2005 911S. I guess I have trust issues. During the process, Joey communicated and sent pictures showing where the leak was coming from. When I picked up my car at the shop I asked if I could see the parts, and I recognized the parts... thermostat, water pump, PCV valve (weird looking PVC valve), hoses, Supercharger belt.... In conversations with him I felt he was honest, about $1/2 what Audi was going to charge, they are familiar with Audi and Porsche typical issues, and pointed my other known issues out. He gave me his honest opinion and he did not PUSH additional services on me as if it was urgent! Could I have found a less expensive place? Possibly, but I had piece of mind.... honesty, quality, and the car was done in 1.5 days. It has been about 3 weeks and no leaks.
