They took much longer to get the repair completed, but were very friendly about it and gave me a ride home while I waited. It wasn't until my bill arrived that there was any issues. This location charged me almost $100 for the part that I was able to purchase on Amazon for $8.99. The most expensive replacement part I could find was at my local Lincoln dealer and it was only $60-65. I asked Damon the GM of this store if he felt good about taking advantage of a disabled veteran and he became very uncomfortable and called me back to find out what he could do to make me feel better. I told him about my research and why I was so upset and apparently he decided much later to refund me $40 of the part price.
