Quoted me a great price on four tires. I am a single mother of four with a lot of health issues and didn't have a bunch of money for tires but needed them badly! So I had two put on and then two weeks later had the other two put on. Splitting up the cost making it easier on me. When I went to pick up my car, close to closing they told me my sensor in my left front was dead. Never having any problems with my sensors or the old tires before today I was a bit upset. Returned the next day to explain my findings and research about broken sensors and basically guaranteeing it was done accidentally by an employee because it DOES happen A LOT! They offered to replace the sensor at no cost. Lauren, the manager was very professional and extremely nice. (It was also nice to see a female in this type of environment) She related to my situation. This could have gone totally south and in my experience working with public some customers and businesses are ruthless. Not Big O!! I will be returning here for all my car needs. Got wheels and tires balanced. Techs didnt clean the wheels before they installed the weights. All weights fell off loading them in the truck. Complete waste. Wouldn't recommend. Poor service. read more

I got a simple oil change which usually comes with all your fluids and rotating your tires and when I got home and parked my car oil leaked all over my driveway ruined my driveway pretty much and they did come out and re-fix my car over across the street in the high school parking lot And they had to come back a second time to put fluids in my radiator and they also neglected to put a sticker in my car and I had to go back in and get that I was looking for a fast service job because my normal mechanic hadn't got back to me yet and I needed to get an oil change Quick I will say they did come back and fix everything but I'm a little nervous about it so I'm taking it back to my mechanic to have it rechecked and my driveway is still ruined so I would give them a one and may be a four for coming back Pam I just check my car again and guess what still leaking I am so pissed I have spent all day washing oil off my driveway had to move my car to the grass again how stupid can people be on a oil change I will be back there on Monday they will give my money back or fix my car! They were great about ordering the exact tires we needed. But when checking out they would not honor their "price match guarantee" (see below for the price match guarantee terms pulled from their website). I showed them a piece a paper with multiple local shops prices around that is cheaper for the same EXACT tires that were put on and they said, "well I can't do that because that's the price I get the tires for." If your business has a price match guarantee, I'm sorry you should follow that guarantee no matter what. It's not my fault that you pay that price for the tire. They also did not put back the valve stem cap that was on the tires when we brought it to be serviced. Will never go back to this shop and will never recommend this shop for anyone. You're better off going to belle tire. Not to mention when checking out another customer just picked up his car and when pulling out said something was not right and the mechanic never said a word to the guy and marched outside with an annoyed look on his face. Moral of the story, there was something wrong with it because they pulled his car back into the garage. Everyone was super nice and quick except the lady working the desk, she was rude, and I'm fully aware the vehicle had some worn front end components and that all the parts are the next project after tires but she went on and on and spent fifteen minutes trying to print a parts list and an estimate even though I specifically said and listed every front end component I know needs replaced overall very impressed with everyone except her read more

I would recommend going here if you want fast and easy service but a small but, there was this one thing that happened to me twice where I got done with the service and I was paying but then she said she would give me a quote and a call about and she never did then a couple days later or so I called them following up basically saying that I didn't get a call from them and she said that she would get back to me and she never called back. read more

I came in around 5:15 yesterday, during a very busy workday without an appointment. I had a simple patch job for a nail in my tire. I ended up waiting for around and hour, mainly because of the time of the day and my lack of appointment. When I went up to pay, the owner (to my belief) told me not to worry about it, and I've waited long enough and to enjoy my day. Great group of people, and better service. read more

We were traveling from TN to IL when our tire sensor went off. We pulled off and went to Big O Tires. They got us in quickly, found a piece of metal in the tire and found that the sensors were not reading correctly. They fixed the tire and "re-learned" the sensor system. After a particularly negative experience at this store last night I was ready to never step into this place again. However, the owner Allen, called me this morning to personally apologize for the mishap and to do everything in his power to correct the situation. He was great and so accommodating. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him taking ownership over the situation and making such a negative customer service experience into such a positive one. This is to commend John, Josh, Alan, and Jillanda for exemplary service during my recent visit on July 27th, 2015. I had an alignment issue on my vehicle during my 5K mile road trip. My front tires were wearing-out prematurely by a combination of negative toe/camber causing the inside tires to wear on the inside diameter. I recently had a wheel alignment done plus a follow-up visit thereafter prior to my road trip. The later results were that my alignment were within spec, so I embarked on my road tour with this piece-of-mind. After just 2000-miles, I noticed premature tire wear. I researched the Chicago area for a Big-O Tires which there are none in the state of Illinois. I then called Big-O Tires in North Lebanon, Indiana for an appointment on my way to Ohio. John was friendly and understanding. He had my vehicle up on the racks within 10- minutes Josh was also kind and attentive to my needs. He performed the alignment as a pro that he is. We left the facility shortly for a grocery store next door. When we got back 45-min later, the vehicle was done and being road-tested. Josh is the ultimate professional - kind, honest, thorough, and polite. When we went to the counter to close-out our contract, we met John again along with Alan, the owner. The alignment service was complimentary under warranty. I was very happy when I left as my car felt like a new vehicle.. I like this Big-O Tire location. They are honest, professional, friendly, and thorough. They are also trustworthy and deserve your patronage. I've had service performed with other Big-O Tires locations with less favorable results. This location is the best with excellent management and service. They did not try to gouge me nor "up sell" me services or parts that I did not need. And they did they hold me hostage what soever. Had a car towed in for my friend who need help on troubling car. They replaced Gas Fuel Pump and it worked great until later that evening, it didn't work again. I finally got it start up in the morning and brought it back and they were happy to took a look over it and corrected the issue. They all were professional, friendly and helpful. They've screwed me over twice for the exact same reason. Shame on me, therefore i'm never going to this Den of Thieves again, and neither should any of you. I specified both times when I gave them the coupon that I wanted conventional oil to validate the displayed price, and both times I was given synthetic, which is almost twice the price. I don't make enough money to have it spent on things I didn't ask for, but it's okay i've learned my lesson.
