This guy is so wrong for this. They changed the fan module that was the supposed issue, I come to pick it up, he says it's good to go, I pay and my car STILL needs to be jump started to turn on! He says he ordered and replaced the fan module because he was "nice" and wanted me to have my car running by today but he could of had me wait until Monday. Well... it's NOT running. Then he says well that's because it's def. going to need a new battery and I'll need to run a 2hr diagnostic because 45 sensors are going off. After seeing that our discussion wasn't leading to a solution I ask him to jump start my car and I'll take it to get serviced else where. He has me wait 42 minutes because apparently this TIRE SHOP only has ONE set of mobile jumper cables and they're charging. I paid almost $700 when I could have used that money to rent a car while I could afford to get EVERYTHING fixed. He should have been upfront about all it needed, though it did look like he had no idea what he was doing nor talking about. read more

Literally was about to get on the road for a 2hr car trip with a client. Client's tire light indicator came on notifying us a tire was SEVERELY LOW. Thankfully we hadn't jumped on the highway yet. Big O Tire was less than half a mIle away and OPEN! They immediately got us in. Welcomed us with warm coffee, free wi-fi/cell phone charging station (sensing we were business clients) offered us breakfast bars and popcorn while we got caught on morning ESPN highlights. I had a leak in my tire, contacted them to ask about service and was thrilled to learn that repairs are done free. My dad owns a shop down south, so having it done locally was much easier. I brought it in and they told me they could not repair it and I needed to pay $500 for two new tires, this is not an option as I'm a single mom and can't afford it. I drove down to my dad who quickly discovered that it was just a repair job and never need a new tires! So disappointed they tied to take advantage of me. Beware!! read more

So friendly! I came here for a oil change. They told me I had a nail in my tire( and fixed it for me)! They where really busy, and I did have to wait longer then I thought. But they took care of me. The service guys took a look at my car and despite being told by a mechanic from a different business, that I need my rear brakes replaced. Just wanted to leave a positive review for the service, specifically Victor Combs, the service manager who gave me his business card. I just simply dropped off a wheel from my wife's car that needed a new valve stem, the old one broke off. Victor said if I'd like, i could just drop it off and one back in an hour and it's be replaced. He even gave me a couple price point options to choose from in a friendly manner, not the hungry sales point manner. Sure enough, I came back in an hour after a couple errands and they were finishing it up. Great service! read more

So I had an unexpected flat when I was at Meijer across the street from this Big O Tires. I drove slowly and carefully over there to ask them about checking my tire. It was only about an hour till close, but they immediately placed an order for a new tire (yes I really needed a new one). Summer, the lady who took my info, was super sweet and understanding. It wasn't until late afternoon the next day when the tire arrived, so it would be another day to get my car back. Hey, it is what it is. They called me the next day saying they couldn't find my lug nut key. I came over after work to look for it and realized it was nowhere to be found. The mechanic said he could remove the locked lug nuts from all my tires and replace them with regular ones. I told him I was fine with it. Since I was already at 48 hours without my car, they sprang into action to replace the lug nuts and get the new tire on (maybe 30 minutes tops), and I was on my way. I've usually had very good experiences with other Big O Tires, and this was no exception. read more

Good service however every time I asked about a rear differential fluid changed they either said my car didn't need it or they just never did it after setting an appointment for it.
