They were very apologetic for being way off. Her car is an older Saab and most Shops won't work on Saabs because they are so different from more common cars. Thank you to Christian Brothers for admitting they were wrong and for letting us leave her car there for several days while we waited for a transport truck to get it back to Chicago.

Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

They said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until Monday, so I remembered Eagle Auto which was half a mile away. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. Well stocked coffee bar and snacks. Jessica asked if I needed to do any work bc they have an office for people that work while they wait. How great is that? Whenever she showed up she was kindly greeted and helped in the lot with no wait. They talked her through what the issue was as they fixed it and told her to come back if she had any more problems. She was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and they didn't even charge her a dime! We will definitely be going back if anything else goes wrong.

Thankfully they did a wonderful job no more black soot falling on my rims either like it had been doing for years. They did such a great job I took my 2nd car in for 3 noises. They took care of two of them at no charge...because the 3rd one wasn't making the sound at the time I pulled in so couldn't fix something we couldn't hear. I had them replace a recommendation though they thought will be a problem in the near future at a reasonable price once again. My car is sounding great again. They're extremely trustworthy. I will get my 3rd noise fixed by them if it were to ever come back again. They were fantastic and didn't overcharge me. I previously went to a guy in Whitestown who worked out of his garage...what a huge mistake that was that's where many of my problems began. I should've asked for the price first. He overcharged me a bunch for just 2 brake pads. I also called another auto service in Zionsville and they quoted me a huge overcharged price. Learned my lesson the first time. I just hope Zionsville Auto continues with their amazing customer service & reasonable prices. They're my new go to place to fix all of my mechanical car issues.

I had a slow leak in one of the tires, and being a consultant, needed it repaired quickly so I could maintain my scheduled appointments but not end up with a flat tire on the curb. I spoke to the manager. He said their schedule was tight but if I could have the car to him in fifteen minutes, he would make sure my tire issue was addressed. I was there. Based on how busy they were, the assistant manager herself repaired the tire so I could keep moving without missing a beat. Thank you! Your service to my fleet account vehicle was superb. I was thinking the tire could be patched, but their mechanic discovered - and showed me - that the interior of the wheel had been damaged as well(!). Since I wasn't local, I was concerned it might take a few days to get a replacement wheel, and certainly didn't want to drive the rest of my trip on the space-saver spare. Trevor and Devin went through the options, and thankfully, not only were they able to source a replacement wheel but got it delivered the same day. I was driving through town, all night on the road and had a check engine light come on. My truck automatically governs the speed and makes it a pain to drive. I still have 6 hours to go and saw this place next to a gas station. I stopped in and asked if they could make time to simply read a code so I had an idea of what to tell the dealer at my destination. I informed them that I had no problem on paying for the labor. The mechanic overheard the conversation, quickly came out with the computer, took fifteen minutes to read the code, pop the hood, look for a problem, reset the code, and say "We're good".
