Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.

Well, they did something because the vehicle was wet, but there was no evidence of it being vacuumed. The exterior had smears of dirt. Honestly, I would have preferred that they skip the cleaning process rather than smear it around or pretend that they did something.

Second, I got two brand new tires on the rear of the vehicle since I was told the treading was low on them. Before I could make it up the street from picking my car up, the low tires pressure light came on. I returned to Nissan to have them add air and double check the tire just to be inconvenienced today waking up to a flat tire again!. I also don't understand why the two rear tires have two different brand names. The tow truck took 3-4 hours to get to me from 8:08 am when I submitted the request. I am very disappointed with their service and was at one point rooting for them but not anymore!
